Technicain called as I had left the house, asked for permission to spray with our 3 dogs out. I gave him the dog names. He called when finished and even played fetch with the dogs! Obviously satisfied.

I have used Aptive for a year and am very satisfied with the experience. They are professional, respect my property and easy to work with. I have little to no bugs anymore, inside and out!

James did an excellent job. He was very thorough and polite. I appreciated his efforts in helping to resolve some of the issues we were having.

We have been using Aptive for around a year and have had to contact them regularly every single time they come out to treat because they don't follow the treatment plan for our property. I have called in and emailed our account manager several times about our entire yard needing to be sprayed with every treatment because of mosquitoes and the fact that we have a child who is severely allergic to mosquito bites. Every time I call or email I am told that they put notes in the system to make sure technicians are aware and they will respray for free. Then the next time they come our to spray for the regular spray they don't spray the yard again. It is ridiculous!

Went with this company for pest control on our 3.5 acre home lot. The spray didn't work. There was no change in the bugs around the outside perimeter of our home. Called to cancel with the company because we did not like the results of the treatment and they charged us a $199 "cancelation fee" When I asked why this was never disclosed that we would be charged a cancellation fee if we did not like the services I got the run around and they couldn't give me a straight answer. Their treatment is horrible and they take your money any way they can. Don't waste your time or your money on this company it isn't worth it.

Very responsive when we need to move appointment dates. Friendly service by the techs. They do give you a five hour window when they show and most of the time they contact you when they are on their way, but not all the time which can be an issue if you have dogs!

Never used the company until the other day 8/2/22 and they are wanting me to write a review on their service/work that I have only had 1 done and haven't seen an outcome. So here is my review. They did the job. Too soon to tell on quality or products they use. They are pushy on getting reviews almost annoying. Price is ok. 5 treatments a year. And willing to come out and spot treat if problems occur between treatments. Friendly sure. Quality unknown at this time.2.5stars. 2 stars on price 1/2 star on timeliness. It is what it is.

I would not recommend this company. Bugs still crawl all over our porch, bugs still get into our basement and we still have voles. Nothing they said they would eliminate has been eliminated. Spraying the perimeter of our house has not killed anything. I don't even have anything dead that crawls around our windows or doors the same day they do our service. I want a refund.

Do not trust! They drove to my house turned around in my neighbors driveway and Left, but they charged me $150. So I called them for a refund, instead of giving me a refund they charged my account another $150! fast forward 5 months and they still have not refunded me for the services they didn't do! I have spent hours on the phone with them. Do not use. Stay away. No one in this company knows what they are doing!

We have had a very good experiences with APTIVE to date. Very responsive and communicative with follow-ups and surveys to ensure they addressed all needs proactively. They also connect the customer with people who can answer your questions (customer service reps as well as technicians with deep experience/product knowledge). Keep up the great work!
