Applebee's Grill + Bar

Place was freezing cold. Bartender was too busy chatting with friend so one drink almost 10 minutes. Food was overcooked and gross. Manager walked past our table 7 times and NEVER stopped and asked if we need anything. Waitress was amazing the rest of the experience was a HUGE waste of money.

Bartender was responsible for drinks for the whole restaurant plus the bar and food order from the bar. It was hideous. I asked to be seated at the bar because there were no tables available. When I got to my seat at the bar I noticed,4 tables that were vacant. It took 30 minutes to get my food and there was no checking back with me. I will never eat there again

Kevin is top g 10/10 service I'd come back again this place will turn all of your rainy days into sunny days! Perfect place for a bite to eat if you want to experience the best quality food and service !!!!!

Had a wonderful time, met 12 friends for a early dinner before a hockey game. They were able is accommodate all of us on short notice. They separated our checks and were efficiently there to refill our drinks and we enjoyed our selves.

Food was surprisingly good, and I don't say that in a bad way. I just didn't have as high expectations for a box restaurant. They did a nice job with customer service and the staff there was extremely outgoing. One of the better burgers I've had in a long time. Really good and I'd go back.

The only good thing I've had here is the chicken wonton Tacos. Went in once with some friends and got salmon instead.. it was okay. Two friends got burgers, the cheese was burnt to a crisp, and the burger patty was incredibly overdone. Love the Tacos so so much, so I'll absolutely go back for those, but that's it. Service was fine, the food wasn't her fault.

We used the order head and pick up option for this evening's dinner. Their menu website is easy to navigate and place the order and get notified of pickup time. The food was delivered outside to our car on time and we enjoyed the quality of the food ordered. We had one of their special hamburgers, the boneless wings, the French onion soup, and the wontons. All were flavorful.

For the most part everything was great. My wife ordered fried shrimp which was a little over cooked. They replaced it with no hassle. Loved all the appetizers, It can be a little difficult to rate foods for us. Since we find most restaurant foods to salty. My steak was quite good.

Food was delicious. Manager Kevin and hostess Renee are top notch. Our server was friendly but distracted so she made mistakes with our order that she promptly corrected. We had an issue in the recent past with Grubhub that was their fault. Kevin made it right and we are very grateful. Great place for a good meal!

We walked in about 1:15 PM today. It wasn’t very crowded at all maybe 10 tables that we saw were occupied. We saw about 6 to 7 employees walking around and there was one family ahead of us waiting to be seated. We sat next to that family and we were waiting for any type of acknowledgment but nothing came our way. We even saw the manager who popped out of the kitchen look out towards us he walked around the bar then back into the kitchen. Finally after waiting for about eight minutes the young man came and took the family that was ahead of us to be seated without acknowledging us or another family that popped in after us. He came back and grabbed the other family that came in after us and sat them down and my wife and I just looked at each other and we both knew what we had to do. So we got up and left. Being that it was 115 after the lunch rush with minimal tables filled and multiple employees observed as well as the manager being observed and not being acknowledged we knew that this was a bad sign. The icing on the cake was being skipped to be seated. Plenty of staff visible and minimal guests observed there was no excuse. We won’t come back here it’s not worth it.
