Saw one of their trucks yelling in Spanish and driving recklessly in a school zone in Bellevue

They never returned any of my calls.

My neighbor and I just watched two guys in an American truck yell at another company and then speed off...in a school zone . Dangerous and not very professional .

Amerilawn has been providing lawn care service for me the last 2 seasons. Last year I had a tree that was damaged in a storm and called them to see if they could remove it as it was in my driveway. They were there the next day. I would highly recommend Amerilawn.

This company shows up at and starts mowing at 7am on a Saturday in a residential neighborhood. Common sense is not a value of this company. The owner of the house was left to apologize for their poor business practices. I would never use this company.

Our underground sprinkler lines were damaged from a fence install. AmeriLawn was able to quickly send a crew out to make repairs. The crew was polite and got work done as requested in a timely manner. One of the workers also took the time to show me how to remove sod easily with a shovel.

We have used this company for a few years and have decided that it is time to end our relationship. Time and again we asked them to contact us when they were planning to come out so we can keep our dog inside so they can do the backyard and without fail, we would get home from work and see they had come without doing our backyard because the dog was out. Then, they would charge us full price for services. We have spent more time on the phone with them working through this issue than I care to think about. The final straw, however, came this week. They were scheduled to come out and aerate. My husband got confirmation from the girl in their office that they would be out first thing Thursday morning so he adjusted his work schedule so he could be there to help navigate our electric fence. They did not show up at all! Then, this morning, someone from this company called my husband to state they were coming out today and my husband let him know we would no longer be using their services. The man on the phone proceeded to yell at my husband because we were discontinuing their services. Our experience has been that this company is terrible at communicating and they treat their customers with no respect. They do not respect our time, our wishes or our lifestyle. I'm happy to say there are several other lawn companies in our area that will be able to meet our needs.

Amerilawn was servicing a commercial property that I took over management for. I called around 7 times and was told every time that someone would get my messages and give me a call back about the service I was needing. They never gave me a call back and when I called asking for an update I was told they are too busy for my business. Overall, bad communication and were not friendly to work with.
