Horrible company to do business with and for. I was employed by this company for a very short time, and had a hard time getting paid. The check they wrote me was bad, and ended up having to pay me cash. They also provide minimal cares and don't seem to care at all about their employees or clients. Dont do business with them!!

I previously was working for another home health company(Fidelity). They allegedly merged. I being their employee was unaware as I only saw a few patients and rarely went into the office. The owner requested I fill out another application so I could be added to their computer charting service. I received an email from a co-worker stating that starting this week they were eliminating the nurses that only see few patients as their software could only handle so many employees. The company did not personally notify myself nor my patients. The excuse according to my coworker was that they didn't have my number which is odd since on both applications all of my contact and legal info was on there in multiple areas. When I contacted the company the man did identify himself as the owner. I inquired about the patients being notified of the changes. The owner stated he did not have to and they(patients) do not deem who works for the company. While I do agree the patients do not have say on who works where but they do have a say about who they allow in their home. It is extremely unprofessional and unethical to make changes to someone's care without notification. These patients allow us to serve them in their home, their place of serenity and comfort. Patients should be provided with notifications of changes and informed of the right to refuse. The alleged owner just kept saying rudely they didn't have a choice. Also when this company merged with Fidelity home care I was not informed until weeks later after the patients told me someone showed up at their homes with a different folder and they were confused by who the people were. It's a shame that as medical professionals they are not being diligent to provide consistent, caring and honest care.
