Everyone I talked to associated with Aire Serv of Omaha was friendly and efficient. The servicetech Justice was very personable and and considerate. He was very knowledgeable. I am amazed at how much better my furnace works now. I will definitely use this company in the future.

Just had Air Serv service our furnace after a friend recommended them. My gut said 'get a second opinion' after hiring another local company 2 wks prior. Very satisfied with that decision. Not only were there two professional techs that came out, they were polite, honest and did a much more thorough job without telling me I needed a new unit. They discovered repairs that needed addressed and were very knowledgable. Will continue to turn to this company over the other guys in town. Thank you!!

I recently purchased new air conditioner from Air Serve. The crew they sent to install were very professional and polite. Three men on crew and one electrician answered my questions. They were also very speedy! Awesome, quick, professional and friendly service. They make it a little easier when you have something major wrong with your heater or AC and they are the only ones I want to deal with. They are honest and explain it step by step without trying to sell you something you don't need. Paul Curry has been an awesome and tremendous help, awesome rep and technician for Aire Serve

Today we set up our annual maintenance work for our HVAC system with Gina. She had set up a reminder (from Nov) to call us and she was right on time. She gave us the promised rate for the service and was very friendly. We now have piece-of-mind for the next year knowing that Air-Serv will be there to keep our home heated and cooled. (It is 5 degrees outside now so we are thinking of this)

They are very friendly and prompt with the service that we received. Once we knew that we needed a new furnace and A/C Kevin was very helpful in giving us options to fit our needs. I would recommend Air Serv to anyone who is looking for service or purchasing a new furnace and air conditioner.

Our service technician was brilliant in finding the solution to repairing our furnace. This was our first service call with Aire Serv, and it was refreshing to receive such a thorough explanation of our furnace's condition from a gentleman with such skill and training. We also appreciated the extremely helpful suggestions that were provided to minimize cost while improving the furnace's performance. The service was reasonably priced, too. Our technician encouraged us to call him directly anytime we might have questions about our furnace or air conditioner. Great customer care!

We like working with Aire Serv. We appreciate the calls to set up maintenance appointments because we would not remember to do it. Also, they really care about customer satisfaction, and have really nice technicians, who we have gotten to know over the years. We have bought two new furnaces for two homes from them, and really like their financing provider as well (very low interest rate!). I almost forgot, they are all really friendly with our over-enthusiastic, hard to control dog, which is much appreciated!
