Achieve | Physical Therapy-Sports Training

I began treatment at Achieve after a bad injury to my bicep in early 2022. Not having any experience with physical therapy the staff members have answered any questions I’ve had and addressed any concerns I’ve had. Also due to my odd schedule I have seen several members of the staff and I have never felt that my treatment has to be altered due to having a different member of the staff on that days visit. Their attention to detail is top notch! Highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to rehab an injury or looking for a gym to work out as their facility is impressive!

Unfortunately I have spent the past 12 months recovering from two Achilles tears. Fortunately I was referred to achieve for my physical therapy and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of care I received. All of the trainers are highly knowledgeable and helped keep me positive and motivated throughout this recovery. Whether you need physical therapy for an injury or are looking for sports training they will help you crush your goals!

I started going to Achieve a few years ago for a neck and upper back injury. I had tried medications, saw pain specialists, tried dry needling, and 2 other PT’s before Brian and his team were recommended to me. Within 1 month, they had me back to feeling great Since then, I have triggered the pain several times and they always take great care of me. Brian, Matt, Cat, Paige, Natasha, and Carter are AMAZING! (I hope I didn’t leave anyone out!) It is truly a welcoming, comfortable environment where you feel like you’re at home. Y’all are AMAZING!! 💯

Achieve Physical Therapy is hands down the BEST place to get healthy!! Our son began with Brian 16 years ago with hip issues from a football injury. We’ve stayed with him all these years because he goes above and beyond. Everyone at Achieve has the same mentality and goal to help patients. I just had my knee replaced 9 weeks ago and I’m doing fantastic!! I love the whole staff…They are like family!!

I have been to achieve many times over the past few years for different ailments including back problems, recovering from knee surgery, strengthening muscles related to pain reduction, dry needling for knotted muscles, etc. The PT staff is extremely knowledgeable with diagnosis and treatment. The facilities are clean as is the equipment. In addition to being experts in their field, they are also extremely friendly. The environment is very family oriented and fitness, function, and ability is a priority in recovery. They have a plethora of modern equipment available to achieve your goals and are extremely flexible with scheduling. They will do their best to accommodate you and help with your recovery. They also have a full “crossfit style” gym where you can workout to further aid in any fitness goals. The support staff is friendly and helpful. I will continue to use them for my Physical Therapy needs!

My post surgery recovery turned out to be much more challenging then I had anticipated. I have worked with everyone at Achieve at some point, while on my now 5 month journey to recovery. Everyone has been so supportive and encouraging, while I basically had to teach myself to walk again. They have always made me feel like family and welcome anytime. And each time I conquered a milestone, such as making a full revolution on the stationary bike, everyone was excited and celebrated with me. I am still on my journey but I know they will continue to help me overcome my challenges. I just want to say thank you and I’m looking forward to when I’m ready for a morning class!

Very accommodating and knowledgeable staff! They offer therapies that aren’t available at other places in the area. I’ve been confident through my knee replacement rehab that they’ll help me meet my recovery goals.

Everyone is very personal and caring! Seems all employees get to know the clients and make them feel comfortable. I’ve been to therapy numerous places over the last 8-10 yrs and I’ve never found a place I feel so comfortable and cared for from the minute you step in the door!

I went To Achieve for post shoulder surgery therapy. I can in with an aggressive goal to recover. The Achieve Team did not disappoint. Their knowledge, tools and determination to get you to your goal is first class. Thank you Achieve. Dan

Super grateful for the wonderful human beings at Achieve. I tore my Achilles’ tendon while playing basketball and had to get surgery. So, I asked a friend and she told me about Achieve. 5weeks post surgery, I began my 4 month journey with the team at Achieve. From the moment you walk into the place, you feel welcomed by everyone. Overall, good vibes, they are professional while not taking themselves too seriously, everyone is personable. They give you a realistic track record. They make sure you are doing the exercises correctly in order to get the desired result. Of course, they can’t do the work for you. That’s your job. But they are there to help, whatever your recovery/exercise goals might be😎.
