Room was filthy. However great amenities quiet comfy bed. Tv didn't work.

Please stay away. We checked in then left after 30 minutes. There was blood on the side of the wall. Toilet running, not flushed. Ash on the floor. Front staff said I could likely get some compensation. Had to speak with Irma the next day. Called to speak with Irma. Terrible customer service. Should not be there. She made it worse. Rude, dismissive. Do yourself a favor, never go. Sleep in your car instead. That is what we did.

Came out of town,should have read the reviews. My daughter got bit by a bed bug. Picture to prove bed bed. I better get a full refund+++

Floor not clean and the AC unit didn't cool the room even when turned to the lowest 60° setting. Stay was muggy, hot, dirty, and uncomfortable. I saw some bad reviews and didn't listen due to the price. Don't make the same mistake I did, because you get what you pay for. Office staff friendly and no other issues as far as quality of service from staff.

Really nice people great for him out of the house people how sweet keeping I will need a little help on smiling and letting customers use their things instead of walking all the way downstairs and or on the elevator it's just a lot convenient

DO NOT RENT FROM THERE IF YOU ARE A SINGLE FEMALEI wish I could give it negative stars over and over again! FIRST OF ALL I came here because my pipes froze then burst so i hadn't had water in a week. Thinking a hotel would be the answer, I came to the extended stay. MISTAKE! The HOSPITALITY worker was extremely rude and made me feel unwelcome as I'm checking in. SECOND AND MOST IMPORTANTLY she knew I was a single female ALONE and gave me a room where NOT ONE LOCK WORKS AND THE GAP IN THE DOOR IS SO BIG YOU CAN SEE IN MY ROOM!!! Now I know for a FACT that not all rooms are like that as I stayed here 2 days before in the room directly next to mine and had not one issue and of course was checked in that time by a different employee that was friendly and clearly cared about their guests. Theres NO WAY that these issues have not been reported so I know that I was given this room on purpose! I AM NOT SAFE IN THIS ROOM AND CANNOT GET MY MONEY BACK AND NO LONGER WANT TO BE HERE!!

I needed a place to stay until my new place was available. Good size room with kitchenette and table n chairs. And free wifi. Everyone in the office was extremely accommodating, particularly Tony H. Love him!! Every question and need was immediately addressed with a smile. The building and parking lot were well maintained and kept clean. And entry to the building is controlled and secure. The vending machines, well stocked. There's also a laundry room open 24 hrs to residents where u can use ur debit card or quarters and the machines actually get ur clothes clean. I'm a night owl and washed my clothes at 2am several times. I booked on line, a day ahead, for a week at a time and the price was well below any other hotels in town. I can't rave about this place enuf!! I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again! 😊

We have gone through 4 AC units and still our room is hot. The AC units are just fans. The site stated a new shipment was on the way, but I'm here for 2 months and paid in full and my stay is miserable. If you like living in 80 degrees and humid, in your hotel room, then come on down to this hotel. If not, get a short term apartment rental for less with way better living arrangements. Great customer service for all hotel staff, but BAD HOTEL.

I checked in by myself and told lady at front desk it was just me.(f32)The deadbolt on my door doesn't make contact to the frame to lock the door. The swing bar lock doesn't work either as it's not lined up correctly. Anybody that has stayed or been in this room would have knowledge of this. The gap between the door frame and the door is easily visible from the hallways. The worst extended stay hotel!

If I could give zero stars to this hotel, I would. The hotel was gross- the rooms had a distasteful odor and the sheets were stained with red/brown spots. This hotel is long-term stay so it's full of construction workers. When we arrived, they told us they overbooked the hotel and didn't have the rooms available that we had previously reserved. Because of the over-booking the hotel gave us an extra room that was not needed and that we didn't stay in, yet were still charged for it. When I called the hotel to dispute this charge, the manager told me there was nothing she could do about it and that it was our fault we had the extra room? Very poor customer service when the overbooking was not our fault. Would not recommend.
