Win Star Nail Spa

I came to this salon based on the reviews and ratings. I typically do my own nails however, I usually have a pedi and mani maybe three times a year. Danny was the person assisting me and he caused me excruciating pain in my toe which resulted in bleeding non stop. The bleeding wasn't stopping which obviously could not continue nor did I want to at that point. I have never had a pedicure like that. I ended up leaving before I had anything done. I was so upset but more than that...infuriated! The gentleman who I'm assuming was the owner assisted me in bandaging and I do appreciate his help and he was very apologetic which I appreciate. I went to a different salon two hours later only to find out my toe was still bleeding and infected and could not continue with the service. This was an experience which has made me extremely apprehensive of having another pedicure. So very upset and will never go back !!!

I’ve been going to Winstar for a couple of months now, and I’m always happy when I leave! Tracy is an amazing nail tech! She is able to match my colors, and designs! She works hard, and her work is great! So glad I found Winstar!

This was our first time at this nail spa and I cannot stay enough kind words about this place. From the moment we walked into the moment we walked out we were treated so amazing. Michael was very attentive and helped so much. Connie and Shadow were amazing at doing my nails. I will definitely be back and if you're thinking about going somewhere this is the place!

Lol, just FYI.. I was not the one who destroyed, I was just another customer sitting there.. and I did my nails with Mary if you forgot sitting in the very first seat of your salon. I tipped you too along with my bill of $150. But then again, you just blamed me to be someone else. How do you have the AUDACITY to defame me and blame me for someone else?

I always go to Winstar! They are the only nail salon that is respectful of my time and makes sure I always leave with exactly what I want. I HIGHLY recommend making an appointment before going in because they are very popular and get busy but will get you in right away with an appointment!

I’ve been to many nail salons, but by far this is the best one i’ve been to. the customer service is amazing, and michael is absolutely hilarious!! the environment is amazing and my nails look incredible each and every time! the pedicure is the best i have ever had (plus they have wine for those 21+, and other beverages for those below 21). staff if you read this you guys absolutely rock!!

Went today for the first time asked for a full set of acrylics with just one color. The tech rushed through it and they look so messy. The edge and color were uneven. Wish I would have had a better experience. They look terrible

I have been going here for a couple of months now and I absolutely love it! The whole team is great and friendly! Mary is great and Michael has such a happy personality it makes you feel welcomed the minute you walk in the door. I will always recommend this place to people!!

Accommodated myself and 2 friends before a trip to Mexico for some gel pedicures and they were perfect! And wine and beer to relax with!
