I had an amazing experience with Wichita. I had a furnace die on me and i contacted a couple companies for a quote and they were the only ones that didn't try to oversell me or tried to convince me to get an AC unit as well. Everything was done remotely and i didn't even seen them once but the installation was perfect, and they left the place as clean as It was! I was very lucky to hear about them!!! I will definitely contact them when I need work on any other HVAC issues. Thank you

Nextdoor App helped me find Wichita Heating and Cooling, many people spoke highly about them and they were right! I called for service on my furnace and within an hour the technician was at my door. Nice young man, very knowledgeable, fixed the issue promptly and helped me understand what he had done. Wichita Heating and Cooling is also very reasonably priced. From now on they will be our HVAC serving provider.

A good company. Honest. I recommend them to all my friends and family. The most important part of air conditioning and heating longevity is the initial installation. Poor install equals poor results. Not everyone in the business does a good job on installations and even fewer are reputable. Just my two cents.

Peace of mind and exceptional customer care. When it comes to keeping your family safe and comfortable, you want a partner that's committed to the long term relationship. We had Wichita replace our entire system a few years back and they did an exceptional job. We have them service the system twice a year to ensure everything is at peak performance and to take advantage of the extended warranty. We had a hardware challenge earlier this week, over 100 degrees outside, and after 4:00. When I reached out for help, Chris got on the phone personally and Ramone was here with parts within half an hour of us getting off the phone. I need to put a plug in for Ramone, who is always meticulous. I won't guarantee that every experience will come out this well, but Wichita does excellent work, and stands behind their work 100 perfect.

These guys are wonderful! Very kind & professional! I will always use them & recommend them very highly to others. Our heat pump unit from previous years broke down & could not be repaired. It was during the really hot summer days. Wichita was kind enough to install a temporary cooling unit until the new heat pump was ordered & installed.They kept us cool with the temporary unit. The new heat pump is excellent. These guys were kind, knowledgeable & eexcellent. I highly recommend to all.

I heard about this company through my neighborhood app, they were highly recommend on there, and did not disappoint! 3rd generation family-owned. Our AC went out and we initially called another company who did the whole sales pitch and ended up with a quote a few thousand higher than what we ended up paying with Wichita for similar products, so I feel we got a great price through them! They fixed our old a.c. for free to get us through to the appointment. Every single worker we encountered was timely, professional, clean, and respectful of our home. They will be our go to heating/air company, and I'll be happy to recommend them to friends and family.

I called Wichita because I wanted to get an idea of how much a new AC and furnace would be. Bill (the owner) is super nice, he came over just a few days after I called for an estimate and got us taken care of. He was honest with his recommendations and explained everything very well. He helped me understand what needed to be done and gave me a quote. The prices are very reasonable and nothing extra was added on without discussing it first. I was so impressed that we moved forward with the install. Though the work hasn't been performed yet, waiting on permits and supplies, I am already impressed and recommend Wichita to anyone reading this. Bill and his team have been able to answer all my questions whenever I call and they are all very kind and professional. Plus the warranties they offer are very good so I am confident I will be happy for a long time. EDIT 11/4/22: They came out and completed the work this week and WOW they did a GREAT job!!! The install crew was very nice, kept my house clean and tidy, and got the work done in just one day. We had a lot of work done to bring everything up to code and I am very happy with the results. New furnace, new vents/ducting around the unit, new gas shut off valve, condensate pump and tubing, new electrical switch, and they even added an electrical outlet for us! For the AC they added a riser to the unit and brought it up to the perfect height. The new units are both very quiet and look super nice. 12/10 great work!!
