WaveMax Laundry Omaha, NE

Yesterday was my first time in the laundry mat. I absolutely love this laundry mat. Very nice and clean, also easy to use the machines. The attendant that was working was super nice and helpful.

It's such a nice clean place, the washers & dryers are clean well working top of the line. There's always an attendant working to help you with any needs you may have and to keep the place nice and clean.. Its a blessing to North Omaha... I go there atleast twice a week.. I couldn't be more Thankful.

Have been going here since they opened.The attendant Max was very helpful,keeps place very clean always doing something to keep it up.

Great quality machines that clean quick and effective as well as very clean area. Also one of the associates “Max” is an awesome worker and helped me all through the steps of this Laundromat.

I visited Wave Maxfor the very first time on 11292022. I had 2 large and very heavy loads of wet clothes. I was trying to figure out how to get them inside when Max appeared and graciously helped me get them inside. I haven't been in a laundromat in about 20years and was totally lost with all the new technology. Max could tell by the blank look on my face! He patiently took over, asking me questions to get the laundry card, show me how to use it and all. He never made me feel silly or slow. I'm 71 years old. He helped me feel comfortable. He is a joy to work with. BTW, the facility was very clean!

Excellent customer service as well as quality service. Definitely will be washing here again! Max is an excellent employee and went above and beyond to help me get my items in the building to wash and helped me carry them out to my car as well. He deserves a raise for his service!

Clean, friendly, and washers/dryers are new. The dryers are very efficient saving you money and time. Option to receive text messages when the machines finish. Staff is helpful and friendly. I will be returning to do my laundry again.

This place is amazing! I got my FREE $20 and immediately put it to use. It is a clean, quiet, and to be honest relaxing place to get your washing done. It's VERY affordable, the machines are high tech and it's soooo crazy that I was in and out with 15 loads of laundry washed and dried and I still have money left on my card. I love that if you lose your card they look up your info and get you a new one so you don't lose any money! I can not rave enough about this place!!!! Can you put another one on 30th street?

LOVE THIS PLACE! State of the art machines, lots of space, washers, dryers, carts, folding tables, bench with table seating, and bench seating available. Free wifi, beverage vending machine, soap, softener, and dryer sheets available for purchase. Courteous and friendly attendants. User friendly machine for losing funds to your card. Tap the card to start a machine. Great experience! I’ll be back!
