Very clean environment. Friendly staff. Easy to use machines. Not only do they have change machines, you can get cash with a card too! They have so many different sizes of machines so it’s convenient for my large comforter!

Just moved into the area and seen that this was the closet laundromat. It was clean and well kept, the people were nice and they accept cards. The issue I have is the efficiency of the machines. My clothes stink even worse after using the washers and the dryers don’t work properly. The door on the dryer popped out and stopped the cycle making me pay twice. They offer a lot but I wish they could get updated washers and dryers.

I go in to ask the attendant to clean a pair of all white vans for my neice. She said she could but wasn't sure how to charge me for it. Oops, that's a red flag. I do not and will not trust your judgment. She proceeded to say that there was a 25$ minimum for their drop off service...really? I've gotten a lot of laundry done there way before this attendant was at this location and I have never heard of a 25$ minimum. 1 time I just dropped my sweatsuit to be picked up the same day. I just believe it's too easy for some people to not give others respect based on their color...sad, pitiful and pathetic but true. DO BETTER LADY!

Lost a basket, half of my cloth that were in the washer and dryer... the clerk simply went to the back and came back with a basket that wasn't mine, she didn't even check the camera or anything... I care less for Materialistic things but it's the principle that counts...

Plenty of carts. Fellow patrons were helpful and pleasant. Angel was extremely helpful in getting me started on a reward card- a MUST for anyone! I purchased $30 and immediately had my loyalty card loaded with $33 with of washing, supplies, and or vending products. Plus, with every swipe, I earned points towards a free wash. There were four SUPER sized machines (9 load capacity- perfect for a 4x6 foot carpet we had), and numerous other types of machines, none smaller than a double load. Highly recommend!!

I brought my laundry in on Saturday last week while I was in town working for their wash and fold service. They charged $20 and I left a five dollar tip. I highly do not recommend this place. The detergent was so strong that they are still not out of my clothes. The young lady I went to pick my clothes up from clocked out while I was at the desk waiting for my clothes. She said I don’t know I’m off the clock. I stood there for another twenty minutes and a guy finally came in to help. He found my clothes and had to fold them etc. the customer service, the lack of care for how to clean clothes and the cost will ensure I don’t return.

Stop using so much laundry detergent! You only need 1 pod or 2 if you're doing a large load. You should not be using more than a half a capful. Add some oxyclean to your wash routine. Stop dumping gallons of detergent into the machine! Good job guys, your clothes are starchy now.
