Wash World Laundry

I love Wash World! The location on 74th and Pacific is always very clean, always has tons on open washers and dryers. The attendants are very nice as well and the Fascard is your best option!

It was ok. It would have been better if the boss was there. No one was there at all. I couldn't get money put on my wash world card. I had to go get money. Other than that is was clean and productable.

I enjoy going to this wash world because it's always clean, not a lot of people, and the staff there is so kind and courteous.

Sure five stars. But let's not get too excited I mean come on it's a laundromat. I don't expect a laundromat to be a glamorous place. There's one thing that is Paramount when I consider how I'm writing laundromat and that is cleanliness. I mean it's bad enough we actually have to do our clothes and a machine that was just used by people you don't know. We all thought about that aspect of the laundromat at one point or another. So how do we know that the person that use the machine prior to us didn't wash anything that maybe we wouldn't want them to have watched them prior to doing our laundry? Well we don't. The person before you could have watched a bucket of trout and you don't know so we have to trust that the establishment is cleaned regularly or at least efficiently that we can fool our brains into not thinking about that kind of stuff. I've used several laundromats across several locations in Omaha from north to south east to west and all points in between. This Wash world specifically on 76th and Pacific here is the cleanest I've ever seen. Every time I'm there there's at least one employee cleaning if not two and I'm not sure about sweep the floor oh they do that and mop it but I'm talking more you seem cleaning the inside of the machines. And not just once but like regularly cleaning the inside of the machine I've seen it many times so. And it's throughout the day and in the evening. They don't wait till the end of the day and just do it once so I know that the cleanliness is coming from a place where it is regularly and systematically cleaned I feel more confident doing my clothes there and that's what matters. Sure they have a card you can use and you can get the FSA card and you can talk about swiping it and doing it and it's not the cleanest but I don't care how I'm paying for it that's why I'm doing my clothes because that's where I know they clean.... five stars

Great laundrymat, great location. Super washers hold the lowest of 3 loads and a insane 6 and enormous 10 loads of laundry in 1 sitting. Doesn't take 45 minutes for these washers to get the job done either.... Get er done in 15 minutes!!!

If I could I would give them negative 5 stars. The last 4 times I've gone in to this location I've had to check multiple washers to find one that didn't have a bunch of detergent, fabric softener or what looked like bleach left in them. Also they no longer accept change in the dryers so you are forced to use a card. We never bring our debit/credit cards in to this place because someone is scanning them and trying to access our accounts. We have had to replace 3 cards and dispute charges that were not made by us.

Large washers for runner rugs. Convenient location. Helpful staff.

Will never spend another penny in this place. Usually when you add extra quarters to the dryer you get a few extra minutes per quarter, nope each 16 minutes (which is no dry time at all) equals $1.25, then the attendant acted like I shouldn’t have asked for my quarters back, then I tried to swipe my card to dry a second 16 minutes and they have the audacity to put a $25 hold on your card for a measly $1.25, took my still wet clothes up the street, wash world has lost their greedy little minds, I’ll go where it’s actually reasonable. Do better wash world.

This place is really nice. It's so clean. The staff helped me and that was nice because I haven't been in a laundry place for years.

Worst wash and fold! Besides the 1 guy who works there (he is always as helpful as he’s allowed to be). Everyone else has the worst customer service. I keep trying to give them a chance because it’s close to work and I keep hoping that tipping them well will win me some bonus points for decent service. But today sealed the deal. I dropped off laundry 2 days ago including bedding. Paid extra for the comforter and for the throw that had to go to dry cleaning, no problem, I get it. I go to pick up my laundry today excited for clean clothes and fresh bedding, I can’t wait to go home and make my bed! I get home go to my room open up my laundry bag and find a note saying that duvet covers are an extra cost so they couldn’t wash them…. I am so frustrated! I have no issue paying extra, why wouldn’t they call and ask to process the extra cost?! Why wouldn’t they tell me today when I picked up so I could have the option of paying and leaving it then to be washed?! Instead I took home my dirty duvet and now have to make another trip to drop it back off! I will definitely be looking for somewhere new to drop off.
