Absolutely fabulous massage and facial. Jeanette is amazing about asking for my feedback regarding pressure. Dani gave me the best facial I've ever had. My skin felt so hydrated and healthy. Every time I come in, I find myself relaxed, comfortable, and I leave looking and feeling my best. They offer great Aveda products that are used during my service, but are not pushy in selling. A wonderful experience each and every time.

I came to this establishment based on reviews, and i must say, the service is extraordinary! First of all, i was late to my appt due to a work conflict, and the desk staff were extremely accommodating! Jeanette was my massage therapist and she was able to take a shortened time to really focus on the parts on my upper back and neck that obviously needed attention. 10/10 will return while I’m in Omaha. Great job, everyone that i interacted with!

My appointment with Reese far exceeded my expectations. I sat in his chair and let him have free rein and he crushed it, I’m so happy with the result! Wow!! This was my first time visiting the salon and I had an amazing experience!! Alyssa did my facial and did an amazing job. It was so relaxing and she was so friendly and was able to answer all my questions regarding my facial needs. If you’re looking to book a facial HIGHLY recommend requesting Alyssa. Husband gifted me a spa day for my birthday and I chose this one and it did not disappoint! Everyone and everything was top notch, from reception to esthetician to massage therapist to stylist! I especially loved that the spa had a shower right there in the spa room and that I could stay in the same room for all spa services. You can tell that this was designed with the utmost in hospitality in mind and I really appreciated it. A huge thank you to each of you for making my day wonderful and very memorable. Can't wait to come back!

I received a pedicure from Alyssa today. She was absolutely amazing and made me feel like a queen! She did such a lovely job and really made me feel so pampered. My toenails were looking a little sad and needed some TLC and they look so beautiful now!! I highly recommended seeing her if you are in need of nail services.

I have gone here for several years now and really like and trust these people - they are friendly, talented, and easy to work with. I have primarily gone for highlights and haircut, but I have also done a pedicure and several massages. I recommend all of them. The place is very comfortable, open, and rarely crowded. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always good at listening well and having an open consultation before they do anything. I've worked with 2 different stylists and both were very good, happy to explain things, comfortable conversationalists, but also comfortable when I wanted silence. The masseuse has always asked for preferences in what spa or massage treatments I would like. Although I usually have had a back and leg massage, I have tried the hot stones and cupping and found them both helpful. They use Aveda products which smell great (even when getting perms or dyes!), but if you are the type that is sensitive to plan extracts, please let them know and they can use milder products for sensitive skin. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place as a great place to come, relax, try out something new or find a stylist or beauty expert for your regular treatments.

My (24 y-o) daughter and I both have long curly hair that we dread getting cut because most people don’t understand how to cut it and have lost A LOT of inches (12 in my case once). Took the chance on Urbane and got Reese by the luck of the draw (and some serious hopeful wishing). SO HAPPY!!! He is AMAZING!!! Great hairstylist. Great personality!! Love my hair! Talked my daughter into getting her hair cut (after 2 years) during a visit. HER hair is amazing too AND Reese will be the only one to touch her hair from now on ( more visits for me!). We’re looking forward to getting massages in the spa downstairs the next time she visits!!!!!!

Lily was delightful and talented. I haven't been happy with haircuts in the past at other salons. I decided to come to Urbane after having great experiences with pedicures. Lily did not disappoint. It's the first haircut in a number of years that I didn't fix when I got home. She listened to exactly what I wanted and had great conversation during the entire cut. I will definitely be back again to see Lily.

I am in town this week for business and had some extra time to do some self care housekeeping items and a haircut was on my list. I chose Urbane Salon because of the amazing reviews and it did not disappoint! I had my haircut with Lilly and she did such a great job!! I asked her to help me get my hair back to being healthy and figure out a new part since my old one was not it anymore. She did the dang thing - I love how my hair looks and I left feeling super confident. She was also super sweet and seemed to love her job which is so nice to see. The salon itself is beautiful and spacious. Oh and the shampoo with scalp massage was so relaxing. Thank you Lilly!
