I love starting my day at UW. The workouts, music, and friendly environment are just what I need. I enjoy being able to tailor the workouts to my ability and getting a well rounded workout with cardio, weights, and flexibility.

Prior to joining Ultimate Workout, I had very little experience working out in a gym, let-alone one in a close knit, group setting. Thankfully, all of my fears about not feeling good enough, or not feeling like I would fit in quickly subsided. The classes, although intense, are greatly rewarding, and the staff is incredibly humble and supportive. Seeing the positive changes in your body over time is a wonderful experience, but the strong support network and family-oriented environment makes being a member all the more valuable. There is no judgement to be found at UW. Everyone is friendly and accepting of each others differences. Everyone shares a common goal. Having been a member for a little over a year now, I'm thrilled to be a part of the UW family, and I look forward to my continued success as a member.

I have been a member of UW for three years. This is the only gym I have stayed with and consistently gone to EVER. Welcoming staff-they know your name. Motivating and encouraging instructors-there to challenge you but also let you do you...it's YOUR workout. UW is locally owned and gives back to this community. Try a class, you will be happy you did!

The best workout in Omaha! You don’t have to think about your workout for the day - just go and get it done in one hour and they tell you exactly what to do. Literally the best place for both my physical and mental health.

It’s amazing… I am an avid runner and have been for a long time but needed something else… this was it. It’s amazing it’s challenging fun enthusiastic everything good… I have belonged to other fitness classes in my many years but U&M is bar none the best - Tonya
