I wanted j o i c o number 2 sculpting lotion but they seem to not carry it anymore in their store but I can order it no thanks

Always out of products even when it says they’re available at that location. Also, when they are out of products, they do nothing to try to help you find an alternative. They literally claimed they had no brow powder. How are you a make up store with no brow powder? I went online and looked at their product selection and they did in fact have some. They just either don’t know their product or don’t want to do their jobs.

The whole time I was there I was not once offered any assistance, however, I was followed around as if I was shoplifting! I found that extremely rude and off-putting. I just had the vibe that asking for help was a bother. I probably won’t return in-store due to just that. I wasn’t offered to use my points or my code I had and I just wanted to be done and check out and PAY so I didn’t even bother to ask. I love Tarte and other brands found at Ulta but I probably will take my business strictly online at the direct merchant instead now.

Huge shoutout to Alexis(I hope this is the correct spelling). She was absolutely amazing and was so helpful and patient. I ended up walking out with the most amazing combo of makeup and I couldn’t be more thankful! She made me feel beautiful and gave great advice. I recommend her 100%!

Star deduction because the numerous times I’ve been here no one has ever asked me if I needed help. Same for I’ve had to go and find people to find something. Alot of their samples look pretty gross. And just a mess. They arnt always full of stock but they are decent. They need to stock up on both sides of skincare products since they’ve been bare for awhile now. Other than that it’s a nice store and convenient being close to target and other stores .

I like coming to Ulta the store is clean & very well organized. Although I will say: I don’t appreciate getting harassed into signing up for the credit card. Saying NO once should be enough.

Took my 13 yr old daughter for a haircut with Oracio. He did a wonderful job on her! He listened to exactly what she wanted, made her feel comfortable, and she left feeling great about herself. This is very hard to achieve given she's very difficult to please with her curly hair.

So I went for my annual 6 month trim and this time had more taken off. When I say I love it I mean I LOVE IT!!! The pricing and variety is so amazing. I absolutely love Robert. He even let me hug him this time. Here are my results. I couldn't stop smiling.

For the most part, the associates were helpful with questions my roommate and I had, but we were quite grateful that we were left to our own devices. We both get quite easily distracted and we'd forget what we'd be initially looking for if we'd be taken to another area within the store. Although this location has certain products that we couldn't find at the Shadow Lake location, it was a bit frustrating that this location didn't carry any r.e.m. beauty products which is one of my two go-to brands. Please incorporate r.e.m. beauty at this location too!
