I love this place for an amazing, quick pedicure! The staff is super polite. They do have a hand washing policy regardless of service. I also appreciate that! I also love that I can just get my shellac changed!!

I Think Their New Location Is Gorgeous, They Are 9/10 Fairly Busy So Best To Set Up Appointment In Advance But If Time Doesn’t Allow They Do Take Walk-ins . I Absolutely Love Them For Their Pedicures & The Fact They Do Happy Hour Specials On Them During The Week ‼️

I got the best pedicure I have had in a long time here. Everything was sanitary and I almost fell asleep from being so relaxed. However once we switched to Do my acrylic set is when it went down hill. The guy doing my full set got on his phone for like 3-5 minutes after every step. (Super Rude and annoying) I was in a hurry to get to work and they knew that. Not only was one nail completely crooked, he was not sanitary. The acrylic nail file had been used pretty heavily, Because I could see lots of residue from other peoples nails on my there. His brushes were caked up with acrylic. By the time he was done I was late for work and didn’t have time to fix it. I won’t be coming back:

Walked in and was helped in under 10 minutes. It was my daughter's first time getting her nails done. She is a very shy girl and she had a great time. Will keep going back for sure

Went in to get 2 pedicures. One took a total of 20 minutes and was by far the worst pedicure done by Kim. Had a super bad attitude and didn’t even attempt make conversation. After Kim finished and moved onto another client I ended up wanting to change my color and asked the technician next to her (John) if he could repaint and I’d pay for it. He did a phenomenal job and fixed the whole pedicure! Once we went to the drying rack Kim came over and said “what’s the issue? I didn’t do anything wrong and you chose that color and then proceeded to talk poorly about us.” Will not be going back that’s for sure.

Worst service ever. I have come here for years and never had such a bad experience. Refused to let me speak to a manager and tried to make me pay and my pedicure wasn’t even finished. The lady rushed my pedicure so much she put my feet in wax covered in lotion, bottom of my foot was still crusty and she was filing down my toenails with lotion everywhere. She argued with me about the length of my toes and everything. If I could give a zero rating I would.

@Amy did a horrible job on my daughter’s full set of acrylics. the tips were put on crooked & filing/drilling afterwards made them look even worse. Amy also did a dip on myself. she must’ve been in a hurry to leave for the day - it was close to closing time. not my problem. i had an appointment scheduled at 6. (closing time was 7). i was on time. i had to pay before the work was even done - i had to pay w/ the aluminum foil still on my finger tips! kinda hard to do, let alone sign my name! so she took off the foil (it had only been on a few minutes) and never put the foil back on to remove my prior dip (not done at this place). so she tries to peel it off w/ her fingers and then with a tool. it didn’t work well. since apparently she was in such a hurry she just put new dip on over the other dip!! she was rude as well. very uncomfortable. no Karen here, thank you, just stating facts. i will never go to True Nails again & i would encourage others not to either. i’ve heard other negative stories since my experience as well👎🏼👎🏼

The technician asked if I would like a manicure with my dip service, I said sure! My manicure consisted of a bowl of cold water for 30 seconds per hand and cuticle trim only on one hand. I asked for extensions on my natural nail but asked that they be very short due to the type of work I do. I was asked if the length was ok, I asked for them to be made shorter. Instead of shortening them, the nail technician continued with the dip. After the dip was applied, I asked for my nails to be shortened again. The technician used the drill to shorten them, no problem. EXCEPT! The part she removed was left on the under side of my nail. And she didn’t even take the time to file the edge of my nail to make it straight! The dip is thick and lumpy. It also overlaps onto the side of my finger. I’ve been getting my nails done for years. This is the worst quality job I’ve had in a long time. I paid $55 for something that I’m absolutely going to need to have fixed. I will never go back to this place. It was dirty, service was horrible. It is a huge nope from me. Update: 3 days after getting my nails done, I had to have them removed. Not only had part of the dip already chipped off, but my fingers were itching horribly. Another $45 later, and I have some relief. It took about a week for the itching to stop completely, no infection ever started. It must have been a chemical the technician used.

Total waste of time and money. My nails look terrible only after a day of getting them done. I don't know why they let people who don't know how to do nails practice on people. I absolutely hate my nails & will not return because this isn't the t time that this has happened. My nails look bumpy and are shaped messed up. This nail shop has gone downhill and it seems like all they care about is money and not about making sure customers actually have a good service.
