Went to the salon for the first time in 10 years for a color and cut. The color is way too light, could be my fault for not properly explaining what I wanted. But the cut is so uneven...by at least 1/2 inch. Now I have to spend more money to fix my hair. Never again.

It was a great experience from when I walked in the door. Girls at the counter so nice and Jennifer was very nice and professional. A great scalp massage wonderful haircut and style l love it.

I stopped by today for a last-minute haircut from Katie. It was by far one of the best haircuts I’ve ever received in my entire life not to mention her company made it an overall 10 out of 10 experience I could not recommend anywhere over Trios, and especially Katie.

This was my first visit to Trios Salon and Emily made it a great experience! She gave me the best haircut with only telling her a few words about what I wanted. She was so sweet and nice!

I have not use the salon in quite a while but since my stylist was out of town that I currently use I decided to call and see if there was an opening. They informed me that there was a stylist that was on the higher level for $62 available, I agreed showed up for my appointment and left with the most horrendous haircut of my life. Literally did everything opposite of what I asked for it and looks like I have a squirrel on the top of my head. Stylist and stylist manager both agreed that it was not well done and repeatedly asked me what they thought they should do to fix it. After several times of me explaining that I am not a stylus and I don’t know what to do to fix it they said that the Haircut for not be charged. Now I have literal gaps and gash is cut into my hair with a tuft of some sort of tumbleweed sitting on the top of my head that I’m going to show up to work for tomorrow . The stylist should be ashamed of herself and go back to school.

My daughter wanted an edgier, cooler haircut so I made an appointment for her with Meg. She loves it! Meg did an outstanding job with her hair and I will definitely be bringing my other two children in to see her as well
