I’m always pleased with my acrylics! Justin is extremely talented.

They did a great job! I made an appointment but they were able to get me in earlier. They didn't file my natural nail down like a lot of places do making it super thin. She took her time and they look and feel great!

Had an appointment scheduled at 11:30, was pulling into the parking lot at 11:33 due to awful CWS traffic and got a call from them that I didn't answer BECAUSE I WAS DRIVING. Walked into a completely empty salon with one dude standing at the counter and the woman who does the nails was outside smoking a cigarette right by the door. He told me he called someone else to come get their nails done since "I didn't answer my phone" (less than. 30 secs before I walked in) they could not see me. I'm not surprised they were empty and so desperate for customers they needed to call someone to come in. I went to Apple Nails on 120th and Center instead. They were packed as always but still saw me within 5 minutes of arrival and I got a beautiful manicure. I do not support businesses that have no grace for their customers and refuse service. With how many great salons there are in Omaha you think Top Nails would want to be competitive . I doubt the owner was there but hopefully they read this and seriously reconsider their business model and who they employ.

Literally the best nail place I’ve ever been to. So affordable and sweet at the same time. The guys are my favorite because they always talk to you and my nails always come out a little better when they do it. The girls are really good too though I’ve never had an issue when either of them have done my acrylics.

I will not go back. I went with my daughter. Two days later her polish was coming off and list 3 nails. I also lost two in 2 days. With the money I spent I should of just flushwd it down the toilet.

Terrible terrible service I was very excited when I found this nail salon because I thought it was going to be different than all the others but turns out it's all the same. the employees are extremely disrespectful and rude. they did an terrible job on my nails! they all broke the next day, I called in to get this fixed assuming Because they did Such a bad job on my nails maybe they would want to fix it But no he was rude and started yelling at me on the phone and calling me names. I'm not sure how I'm going to fix this problem, this has never happened to me before But please do not waste your money.

Jeanne and Justin are the epitome of good people! And they both do absolutely incredible designs! They are always so kind, accommodating, reasonable, and I enjoy my time in the salon every time I go!

Absolutely love this place!!! Justin and his wife were amazing. My 6 year old got her nails done and Justin so patient with her. All 3 sets of nails look natural as we asked for. I definitely will go back. Price was reasonable the work and atmosphere was great. Highly recommended

I was a walk in last week to get my nails and toes done for an upcoming wedding. It was my first time at the salon. The atmosphere was great, the salon was clean, and the workers were very kind. However, my nails were so misshaped, thick, bubbly and messy. It’s been less than one week and 4 of my toes polish have already peeled off. The prices on the site did not accurately reflect the price I was charged. I paid over $100 and it’s only been a week and I’ll have to go get them redone. Very disappointed as I was hopeful this would be an awesome experience.

I have been going here for years to get my pedicures and they are always so sweet and do such a great job and I love that they know me by name when they see me. I love how they always ask me about my daughter. They've known her since she was a little girl and this place is so personable that they are just wonderful!
