Today's Dental - Tranquility

This dental facility absolutely sucks. First reason, I came in for a cleaning after switching providers and they broke my front cap while cleaning. The dental assistants were super brutal during the cleaning process for both my son and myself as well. Then, if you did not know, and it is in fine print, they do not mention to you that if you miss an appointment, they will charge you $50.00. I am sure they enjoy sending the text to you! Nice way to play the customer! It is a real shame because I take really good care of my teeth and this facility has really went downhill!

I just visited Today’s Dental at Tranquility Park and I am really impressed by the modern technology and the staff are excellent. I chose Today’s Dental by google reviews and they shine only against one other dental office locally. (Thanks to them, that competition was closed for training ) So if you are reading this and are searching, search no more! This company goes up and beyond from what I used to think was great of my old dentist in California. I will definitely spread the word of referral for them. I also want to acknowledge Melody and the front desk for informing of all your options and transparency of your care in their hands. I have never experienced great service like this and plan to be a permanent patient. Thanks to all of you for the great experience!!

My cleaning (and exam) went considerably faster that usual. A sensitive spot was discovered, but nothing was really done about it, so I’m not sure what the next step will be.

Got 2 crowns put on and it didn't hurt much. People were all nice. They did a good job matching the color and shape to my other teeth.

Amazing staff, I have been going to the same dentist for 30 years and I was so nervous to change dentists. Melody at todays dental was so nice and made me comfortable to be there! Thank you so much for that. Dr. Truman was very nice and helpful and explained a lot of information to me!!! I couldn’t ask for a better visit! Thank you

Tina does an amazing job with customer service and making sure that I am valued as a customer. Dr. Masters is always pleasant and enjoyable to chat with! I enjoy my dental visits.

How do I even begin! There has not been a single person I have not felt safe and comfortable with. I cried leaving my first appointment because of their patient care. I never once felt shamed, embarrassed or judged. I’m so glad I listened and came back for further treatment because of them and their kind ways I am on my way to a smile I’ll love and I feel like that will help me so much with my mental and emotional health. Highly recommend!

Dana is seriously the best! I have the worst dentist anxiety from past experiences other places and she is so gentle and sweet. She even put on my favorite channel (food network) and explained everything she was doing while cleaning my teeth. Go see her if you are in need because I’m telling you she’s amazing. She works fast too and makes you feel comfortable! Thanks Dana!

Such an amazing experience. I have really bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist. They all made me feel really comfortable. And I didn’t feel judged at all when it came to not going to the dentist in a few years. I got a full exam and cleaning, all went amazing. Everyone took their time, explained everything, and i felt listened to. I will be going back to get the little bit of work done that I need to get back on a schedule. Only “issue” I had was scheduling my next appointment. In the room, the dentist said I could do it all same day but the person upfront made me schedule 3 different appointments, I got it changed to 1 appointment later so it was resolved but I wasn’t thrilled about being told I had to go back 3 different times at first. So glad I found them and hopefully can stay on a steady schedule.

No one likes dental visits but Today's Dental makes the office visits "do-able". Their service and attention to your dental needs are amazing. The techs really make you feel comfortable and secure and Dr. Masters is awesome. The pinch of the numbing has always been a nerve wrecker to me and he is very good and quick at getting to the needs of your teeth. Go, register and become a happier dental patient.
