Great service and quick repairs. We had the tech come out on the same day we had issues and only an hour after we called. They have techs available almost all day and night so there no shortage of availability when you NEED someone. I would recommend them to anyone.

I've tried to find a good plumbing service for years. Finally found one with Thermal Services, whom I've used for years for HVAC work. Josh was honest, friendly, knowledgeable, upfront, did a good job, then cleaned up afterwards. I'm going to have them do additional work that I've been putting off.

I had an emergency during the hottest week of the hottest Summer on record. My very old air conditioning unit finally couldn't keep up and had to be replaced. Within 24 hours of calling Thermal services I had a technician complete a walkthrough diagnostic with me, give service/ replacement options and the installation scheduled for the next day with hardware ready to go. I can't thank Thermal enough for their professionalism, efficiency, speed, and transparency.

Josh was the plumber who came out to assess water leaking in my basement. He checked the problem quickly and showed me that a drain must’ve clogged, overflowing when my water softener empties water. He actually demonstrated the overflow so I could see water build up in the drain. He cleared the drain and also capped some pipes that needed to be repaired. He was so knowledgeable and worked quickly to fix the issue. He also assured me that it was not major damage. Before he left he also gave me useful preventative maintenance tips about my water softener. He was just a pleasure to work with. So happy I use Thermal for all of my heating, HVAC and plumbing needs. Their service is exceptional.

We just received service from John Suarez, a senior service technician with Thermal Services, and I can't recommend his service enough. John was extremely knowledgeable, to the point where he was able to guess the problem before looking through everything and ended up being correct after working through the issue. His many years of work in HVAC were immediately apparent. As he worked, he talked me through what he was doing and why he was doing it. Never at any point did I feel as if John was doing more than he should be doing, and he was able to accurately diagnose the problem, fix the problem, and clean up after himself. He was courteous, professional, and kind. I believed him to be truthful and honest. Thermal has an incredible employee in John.

This rating is an average. I would give 5 stars to the technician. No stars for the company. He did a good job, was polite, and professional. However, Thermal Services gave us a window of 4-8 p.m. for service. After no one arrived in that window, no one called us. My wife called them at 8:15 p.m. They offered no apology or estimation of the time our technician would arrive. They explained their technicians were busy. She called again at 9:00 p.m. and received the same treatment. Finally, the technician called at 9:10 p.m. to say he would be there at 9:30 p.m.

Thermal Heating and Air got someone out to fix my AC unit. Colton my technician was amazing. He was thorough, professional and friendly. It was after hours and they charged a fair price that didn't break the bank. I would highly recommend also because they were so fare I also signed up for there service plan because they earned my trust!

The customer service and help we received for our issue with our A/C unit was the greatest service I have ever received and I have worked in the customer service industry. They buy far went above and beyond what they needed to do to help us not only in a financial time of need but a need for our newborn and getting us back up and running. Fast, friendly, reliable service. 5 stars is not enough for what they did for my family to help us find a way to get our problem fixed and diagnosed helping us save as much money as we could in the process. There is never a need to call or want anyone else to do your service for you. Thank You Thermal Services for everything!!!!

Called around to get various quotes to replace my a/c unit and the amounts were on the high side. Decided to call Thermal and schedule to get a quote from them beings my father in law used them. They set me up the same day to have Dean come out and take a look at what was needed. He looked at everything and we talked about different things. After a long visit he said well let’s get a proposal set up and see what we can do. What I like is this Man listened to our needs and asked what we wanted and never once pushed us into something we don’t need to spend money on. After seeing the proposal I decided to just replace both furnace and a/c unit at the same time with the mind set they both are about 17 years old. And from the damage the a/c unit has caused if we didn’t replace the furnace it was just a matter of time before I had to. Needed it done asap and was set up for next day replacement. Brian showed up 8/4/2022 at 7:30 am introduced himself. We talked for a few minutes and they got to work. I came home from work and all I can say is I am truly impressed and can’t believe the transformation from what we have seen for the past 20 plus years. Just blown away. What a tremendous job they have done. Thanks again Thermal and your awesome team of workers and glad to be a customer for life.
