The Monster Club

Decorations are cool and has a great theme. Server wasn’t very proactive or attentive. We waited an excessive amount of time for her to come back and take our order. She gave us an excuse of, “my boss had me on a mission”. We clearly seen her hanging out with regulars talking and then showing pictures of her dog her co-worker following into the kitchen. Didn’t bring me silverware with my food and when I asked she said, “oh sorry I gotta pull it out the dish washer.” Had me waiting too long. Just too much explanations for inconvenience and no apologies. As you can see my brisket was burt and over cooked. No taste. Pulled pork was lukewarm and mushy. Not a fan. No taste as well. First time being here and probably will not come back or recommend.

The atmosphere of this place is amazing. Plenty of horror decor, figures, and movies playing! We went for a drink and they were ok they pricier side, but very delicious and come in a perfect horror themed cup. Server was great at the bar and quick to help us. A must stop

I have a monster obsessed son. Both of us enjoyed this monster packed restaurant/ bar. All of our favorite monsters were there and the witches brew cocktail was deliciously perfect. Food was good as well.

Amazing food! Loved the atmosphere, literally the coolest spot we have gone to. Our waitress was super attentive and great with our kids. We cannot wait to go back.

My wife took me and a couple friends there I had never been there befowe've been there before quite an experience. You have to see it to believe it. Prices are mine moderate but the setting is out of this world. Wouldn't wanna be there on Halloween night cause I bet it is crazy. One of a kind bar

Good BBQ, I was extremely pleased with the brisket, very moist and delicious. The pulled pork was a little dry. The BBQ sauce was very good, homemade sauce I believe. Absolutely delicious Mac n cheese. The atmosphere was awesome, I loved the monster vibe. Very cute place for anyone who loves BBQ and horror movies

The Monster Club is an interesting place to eat. By the names and pictures you can tell it’s themed after a gothic or horror type of look. Everything from what’s on the walls, to statues, and even down to the style light fixtures. It will keep you looking around and viewing and reading stuff. It’s quite unique. I wondered if the food would be good, or if the draw was the theme. I started with their chili, which was thick, hearty, and had some of their smoked meat in it. Topped with an onion ring. It was quite good. Then I got their meal which consisted of brisket and pulled pork. It was also quite good. The brisket was a bit dry, but the BBQ sauce helped that out. I’m not sure if it’s always that way, or if it was just not a great day for it. Flavor was still decent. There is a lot more to choose from on the menu, and BBQ is just one style. I would likely choose different things next time. Not because I didn’t like what I had, but rather because they weren’t “out of the park” good, and because I’d want to see the qualify of other things.

Very poor experience. The ribs we cut in a way that I was fishing for small bone shards more than enjoying the meat. They were half inedible due to all the bone fragments. The brisket that was also ordered was not properly trimmed... Resulting in a significant part of the meat to be pure fat. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. The bench on our booth was dirty. I got food all over my hand while sitting down. The waitress was very attentive... So that's about the only reason this isn't a 1 star review. I expected significantly higher quality food for the price we paid. The atmosphere of the place does not make up for getting robbed with the meal. Never again.

We showed up tonight with a very large group, most of them kids, so of course there was quite a wait. However they made it feel painless! We got some water and a little sweet treat while we waited outside on this gorgeous night. Once we got inside the wait staff was on top of it and the manager was by far the best! Good food, better atmosphere and all around great family fun night!

This place is amazing! Stumbled upon it while checking out the old market, and couldn’t be more stoked. The decor is incredible, you’re fully immersed in horror movie props and paraphernalia. They really did an amazing job with everything inside. The staff was friendly as can be, and our server went above and beyond. And the food? SO GOOD. We got a mash burger and a pulled pork sandwich, and both were fantastic. Do yourself a favor and don’t miss out on the coolest pub & grill in downtown Omaha!
