The Cheesecake Factory

Food was good, and order was accurate. I arrived at 741, my appointed pickup time, and my food was not ready until 8pm. They were busy And I understand, just wish that the online estimate was a bit more accurate. All in all it was a good meal.

Very disappointed with this place. Before, food was much better. Pasta was overcooked and sauce without any taste. My husband ordered beef stake and couldn’t even eat it. I tried to give this place many chances but their food just keep getting worse. Do not waste your time and money here. P.S. only cheesecake “to go” might be good idea.

I’ve been to the cheesecake many times and always had a great experience at the Omaha Nebraska location. One of the girls that worked there today on June 17, 2022 around 3pm, was rude because I asked to have a booth instead of a table and she seemed very annoyed. I heard her talking about me when I walked up to the desk again, about how annoyed she was I asked to sit somewhere else because it was crowded and busy there. She then proceeded to walk us to our table and then turned away and didn’t say anything after I told her thank you. I feel like people need to work elsewhere if they’re so upset over a simple request of the customer, it makes you wonder what these types of people do in real life stressful situations. However, I will not let one employee’s bad attitude and energy ruin my opinion of the cheesecake factory. Our waitress was amazing, she was very generous with the bread and napkins and she made our experience amazing even though we had the bad encounter with the greeters/ table seaters. The food was good, my fries were cold so I just took them home as leftovers to warm up at home. I will always come back to the cheesecake factory it’s a great place to eat

I love the Renee's special...soup, sandwich and salad. My daughter ordered chicken madiera, and husband ordered Cajun jambalaya pasta with chicken and shrimp. Our waiter could have done a better job filling our water glasses.

It was my second time and my kids first experience and it was pure de trash. The Manager did compensate the meal bur they had to take all their food back. The noodles are burnt. You can clearly see those burnt Brussel Sprouts were not what they look like on menu. The Peach Bellini was missing the Bellini. It did taste good n sugary with no liquor. My daughter ordered 4 things off the menu with no items in stock so she settled for plain buttered noodles. I rather just have a resteraunt turn me away then waste my family time trying to celebrate a big moment to be ruined. I never would expect a resteraunt with class to serve food as these pics show. Do better Cheesecake Factory because it wasn't a good look for me.

Interesting place. It's oddly decorated can't really tell if it's meant to be Egyptian or maybe Greek, kinda tacky either way. Almost feels like a overdone casino in Vegas without the loud carpet. The choice of music was eclectic as well, not offensive or anything just odd like the decor. With a name like cheesecake factory I guess I wasn't expecting anything in the way of ambiance but they're definitely trying to convey something with the design. That said it was nice and clean overall even the bathroom was well kept. Our waitress was friendly and attentive as were the staff at the front when you first come in. The menu is impressive with the amount and choice's they offered even for breakfast there was quite a bit to choose from. My wife had a steak and shrimp scampi combo and she prefers the steak over the shrimp. The scampi was a bit spicy for her taste and didn't come with any pasta. My daughter had the steak as well and enjoyed it. My meal was a simple pasta dish with vegetables and was pretty good all in all. Next time I would probably try something different just because the menu is fairly extensive. The bread at the beginning wasn't too bad but they don't give you much of it either. I don't really care much for cheesecake so I can't speak to that and didn't try any other dessert. Overall it was pretty good and although a bit more expensive than I expected I'd probably eat their again at some point.

SAD You can imagine that I paid $16 for a piece of seared meat that I didn’t not even eat and the waiter ( Olivia ) didn’t even ask me how do i need it cooked , and all my family were having the same issue they ordered steaks and the steaks were not cooked like the way they asked for besides she was so rude all of us felt like we just need to leave the restaurant and not coming back again so we put all the food in to go boxes and left . A message to everyone who reads this comment. Please don't waste your money. There are many restaurants in Omaha that have much better service and food and cheaper prices.

The food was definitely a 5/5, however there was confusion about why we weren’t getting our food but the people around us who had sat down after us were getting their food. We were never told why our food took over half an hour to arrive other than that ‘it’s a busy evening’. I would say you may have a good experience with this place as long as you’re willing to wait for however long it takes to get seated and get food.

I've never had a bad meal here and the desserts are decadent. The menu choices are numerous, everyone can find something they like here, and they actually have a decent lower calorie menu as well. The service is always top notch and the place is always spotlessly clean.

Our outstanding server was Brandon (Brendon?). He was absolutely amazing, checking on us frequently, anticipating our needs and was an overall friendly person. Our food was amazing, portion size was enough for us to take home for a second meal! I had the Thai coconut lime chicken (SUPERB FLAVOR!), the other person had the fresh grilled salmon with mashed potatoes and substituted asparagus for the broccoli (PERFECTLY PREPARED). We will visit this location OFTEN!
