I can say absolutely positively that you will leave unhungry. You’ll be so unhungry you won’t want breakfast until brunch, maybe even linner. I mean the shear amount of protein you can ingest in this wonderful environment is totally up to how long you feel you can keep eating. There is no shortage of options when it comes to the meats. Everything is cooked so well, so tender, you would swear they cooked only one for you. But nope, there’s piles of amazing meats. This place gots the meats. Hands down, the winner when it comes to Who’s got the Meats! The salad bar and soup and cheese selection is just incredible. Book yourself a table, and a few hours, because you’ll want to try it all. And then plan a walk, lift some weights or something, because you’ll be feeling like a bodybuilder after this protein blast! Soooo meaty. Service is really good. The music and room makes you feel like you are on an island vacation too. Not sure how they did that.. I actually felt like I was back at a resort at a beach. So fun!

It's at a great price point for what you get. We enjoyed the food. The salad bar is a great option even if you don't want the skewered meat. Please note there is meat and seafood on the salad bar, so it isn't exactly a vegetarian option. You are paying for all of it, but you can avoid what you don't want to eat. We went with a group of 8 people. There was no automatic gratuity added. It is very loud in the restaurant. It's packed with people so this is normal but, if you are looking for a romantic night out, this isn't really the place. It's great if you want a loud fun time. The people were very friendly but there need to sort out a few things. Here are some issues... They do not do split bills. They will take different credit cards for different amounts. Essentially putting the burden of math on the clients if you are looking to pay for your own. The Gauchos often skipped someone in our party. Or if one person had a question the gaucho would go find out but then everyone else wouldn't get the meat (he didn't return and often we didn't get an answer). We asked for a certain kind of meat. We ended up asking about 5 people, each one saying they would send it over. We never did get one kind of meat that we had asked for a few times. The cuts of meat aren't all the same. I mean it's on the same skewer but my friends meat was often better than mine. It was cut from a different piece of meat but it's hard to know what's going to be a good one. If you don't like your food salty you need to tell the gaucho but I'm not sure if they just didn't understand. Parking is street parking for the most part with a garage nearby. The street parking is much cheaper than the garage but for convenience I'd go with the garage instead of circling forever

Birthday dinner was delicious! Pros: Service was great. The food was delicious all was cooked and seasoned well. I loved the extensive salad bar and sides including a seafood bisque and smoked salmon. My sons loved the ribeye, beef ribs and the pork loin. Cons: Ambiance was pleasant. Lighting could have been more mood enhanced/dimmer with uplighting etc. for evening, and some background or live music would have been a nice addition for the cost. Finding close Parking on a frigid night was not easy.

Has a magnificent atmosphere, is quite expensive but is very worth it. The amount of meat you get is bigger than what you would think it would be. They have display cakes for all the types of desserts they have which I believe is sold separately. Amazing experience, would eat there again.

Where do I begin…we definitely had never been anywhere like this place it was an amazing experience; the salad bar was huge! Such a wide variety of things to choose from hot and cold. Great atmosphere service was pretty awesome! And the meats!! All I can say was I was overwhelmed by all the meats that are brought around to the table I loved it all but the Brazilian sausage was my favorite! You get so much food while you’re here it’s no wonder they aren’t rolling people out of the restaurant lol definitely give them a try if you haven’t you won’t regret it!

Not keen on the reservation system this is Omaha. Glad there was no dress code! Pork was dry, my soup tasted like it was burned. The potato au gratin was soupy and salty. Loved the sides on the bar! My Brazilian kiss mixed drink was strong! Dessert looked good but I ate too much to try. It's a different take on a buffet. I did enjoy this better than other buffets in the area.

The food was amazing. Service was well above average. So many choices at the salad bar and with the meats. They also brought out fresh bread, French fries, garlic mashed potatoes and bananas for the table. Go hungry and this pave definitely will not disappoint. We will be going back!!

My family and I came here on Christmas and were amazed by everything! This place offers an all you can eat experience unlike any other. Our server was very attentive and the the meats just keep coming! The salad bar is fancier than I was expecting and all of our food, including the meat, was fresh. Our server brought us plenty of cheese bread, fried bananas and other sides. All of them were delicious and served hot. The lamb chops are served ala carte but are well worth the extra few dollars. We ordered the Brazilian cheesecake and chocolate mousse cake for dessert, both of which were fantastic as well. This is a pretty pricey place to eat dinner but everything from the service to the food makes it one of my new favorite spots for special occasions. Come hungry and leave satisfied!

Overall had a nice experience for our first visit. Gustavo, our server was great. He gave lots of recommendations without being pushy. From the salad bar, sides, and meats there are so many options available. Both my husband and I agree you do trade some quality for quantity and variety. My favorite was actually dessert, we got the chocolate mousse cake. Quality on the dessert was five stars. Great location, right in the middle of downtown. In right weather would be great to walk to other areas before or after a meal.
