Swift Move

HORRIBLE! They never showed up for our scheduled move. They even confirmed with us the night before, but still never showed up. We called countless times and was never able to get a hold of anyone. They completely blew us off. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!

What an awesome team. They move a storage unit for us and everything was perfect. The team arrived early and worked promptly. I would definitely use them again...without hesitation!

This company is over the top in customer service and how they handle their customers! Scott is very easy to talk/with, he is amazing with pricing and him and his employees go over the top with making the move simple and stress free as possible! I will only be using them in the future!

These guys are the best! They truly care about your belongings and the customer service they provided was flawless. I spoke to Scott on a few occasions, he even called to verify the move and what needed to be done. They are more than reasonable with their pricing. I referred my family to them after my experience and I would recommend calling them before any of the other companies in the metro area. They WILL earn your business, I have been in business management for over 10 years. Get it done right the first time and affordable. I will be using them again to move into our new home and I urge you, no matter if the move is large or small . . . Make it Swift!

They never showed up despite me confirming my moving date with one of their reps in the pacific time zone. The day before my move I called to confirm that they were still coming but my calls went straight to voice message. They never showed up on my moving day and never even called. Swift Move is as unprofessional as it gets. All those glowing reviews must be fabricated by this "company". If you really need to move on a certain day and depend on movers to do the job, do NOT use these guys. They will leave you high and dry.

Hassle and worry free company. Respectful and courteous. They listen to the customer and respond to the needs. A mover needs to not only be physically capable, but they need to be intelligent to maneuver one's belongings and this company has EXACTLY these qualities. I move a lot. In fact, I move every 9-12mo for the past 13 years. So, needless to say, I have some experience with moving companies. Swift is the ONLY company I will use wherever I move in the United States. Scott and his team are fast, courteous and respectful, and careful with my belongings. They lay down blankets in the house so they don't track in. They load the most precious items on the truck last so that the items are not in jeopardy of being stolen off the truck or being smooshed in the loading process. You won't find this team taking long smoke breaks, nor will you find them texting and loafing around. They work very fast and Scott is affordable. They picked up the truck, filled up the Uhaul truck, and dropped it back off. I'll be using this company again when I move in a couple of months. :)

The two person crew was OUTSTANDING. The manager had terrific followup and communication. The team worked well together and they were quick, yet careful. They went the extra length to ensure I was taken care of including the teardown and setup of my treadmill. (Setup was after I had spent my moving cost allotment. They went the extra mile for my satisfaction.) Very impressed with the service, the hardwork, and the reasonable price. I will definitely use them for my next move. Well done . Thank you.

We have moved over 7 times and this was by far the most incredible moving experience we have ever had. The owner laid everything out on the first call as to what we could expect and his three man crew was prompt, courteous, and quick. They easily saved us over one thousand dollars over two men and a truck. We highly recommend them to anybody looking at moving and if you choose anybody else you are making a mistake!!!

We ended up in a very tight bind and needed help moving day of switching apartments. Made one call and Scott got right on it and honored his word for day of help. The guys that showed up were hard working and honest! They took great care of all of our stuff and were very patient with moving things up and down 3 flights of stairs twice. These guys are awesome and will definitely be using them again in the future!!! If there were 10 stars they'd get them all!
