Do not communicate with in the office. Front end doesn't even know why you were called or who called you. Use the same phone number we have so we know you called. Very poor communication. And keep changing my appointments. Have had no good luck since I started there. Because of no commutation between them. I have no Christmas. Thanks Summit. And closed at 4 on the 21st instead of 5. No holiday early hours listed for that day

Dr. Samuels and the staff have treated my son with so much respect, kindness and professionalism! Thank you for helping Jody gain his confidence back with his new smile!

Very courteous and professional. They provide excellent services. Dentist and personal assistant work very well together. They are always very concerned about the patient’s comfort and health.

By far, the best dentists' office I've found in Omaha. Great office staff, great hygienists, great dentists! Would absolutely (and have) refer a friend/loved one

Appointment went well today. Right on time. Minimal discomfort for procedure. Headrests at this location are never comfortable and require much adjusting, which at best is barely tolerable. Have requested pillows in the past which proved to be equally as uncomfortable.

Incoming wall of text. Bear with me. I've come here for dental work in the past and had a pretty decent experience. Not so much today. Go figure, since there's apparently been a lot of employee turnover. Staff at the counter tried to tell me that I didn't have an appointment despite the fact that I had made one over a week ago. Five minutes later, they very abruptly decided that I did, in fact, have an appointment, and they served me. I'm glad I was able to get in after all, but the flip-flopping caused me a lot of unnecessary stress. When I had made the appointment, they told me I couldn't get a cleaning. Supposedly, there was no more hygienist because the one they had ended up quitting. At the desk today, when I was confirming that I only had an exam scheduled with no cleaning, I was given the impression that they actually do offer cleanings. This is news to me. I would have scheduled one had I known it was possible. The doctor looking at my teeth was incredibly rude and short with me. Got very passive-aggressive over me trying to communicate that something was painful. No sympathy whatsoever, just very openly and shamelessly blaming me for my teeth having issues despite the fact that I do make an effort to brush and floss every day. No acknowledgement of my effort. No acknowledgement of the fact that I'm poor and can't afford yearly dental work. "You are the problem, it's all your fault, and you should be ashamed of yourself" was basically the message I was given. Gotta love her assumption that apparently I drink a lot of soda and eat a lot of junk food, neither of which is true. Maybe they thought I looked fat in my coat or something. Speaking of junk food, here's the icing on the cake: I'm pretty sure I caught a few staff referring to me as "she" despite the fact that I'm very visibly and audibly a man. Normally I don't assume I'm the one being referred to in other people's conversations, but there were no female patients in the office and this was specifically an issue last time I had a cleaning, with two of the staff at the counter even arguing over whether I was a man or a woman, right in front of my face. At least back then I got a half-hearted apology. I didn't even bother to correct anyone this time because there's clearly no point in bothering. I was treated as sub-human by everyone at the office and I have no reason to believe that I will ever be treated better in the future. Definitely switching dental offices after I get the most urgent work done. The humiliating way I have been treated is completely unacceptable. Oh, and they don't offer payment plans. You have to pay everything up front or you can't get service. If you wanna go to a dental office that hates the poor and the underinsured, you've found the right place. Happy holidays!

I have received dental care from Dr Remm for several years. She works with skill and speed, with a pleasant manner. Administrative matters are handled efficiently; the occasional insurance ambiguity has always been resolved.

Excellent visit because the entire staff from front desk to hygenist to dentist made me feel so welcome. I felt cared for and valued because they took the time to engage me in conversation. The hygenist was especially awesome as she made feel relaxed and comfortable as we talked about a variety of interesting topics. THANK YOU!

Excellent. - Speed: I was checked in, taken back, diagnosed, treated, and out the door in about 1.5 hours. Very fast. - Professionalism: Everyone I encountered was nice, relaxed, talkative, and in a good mood. Very important for a dental clinic. - My Dentist and Dental Assistant: Patient with questions, direct & clear communication, knew exactly what the issues were and gave me a plan for this visit and future visits. A nice mix of friendly and professional. Final thoughts: Honestly, I dislike going to the dentist. Though this visit kind of changed my mind. Thanks for taking care of me!

I've been going to this location for years, for routine cleanings to more significant work. Today I went there with my young daughter for the first time. She gets really anxious about the unknown, and even still the staff here did an amazing job with her. We had an incredibly successful checkup, and kudos to the talented and kind people at Summit for that.
