Summit Dental Health

I was leary coming to a new place from moving to Omaha but I soon felt at ease... they are friendly abs professional with that small town feel.. ok that was first visit ... after that visit many more were scheduled and then all my problems I've had since then unnecessary things done to get paid from my insurance the dentist was young and had to many patients at one time ... he started a root canal couldn't finish and denied my antibiotic and wouldn't refer me it abscessed horribly it was awful I had to find a emergency dentist who eroded up pulling it I may be on state insurance but I didn't deserve the treatment and denying me care it is wrong.. it's currently under review with the state...I would never again go there or recommend them to anyone I've known people to have gone to other ones that now have teeth issues and pain that was never there prior to being seen at a summit dental...

I came in with an infected and broke tooth, and was able to get it taken care of and pulled same day. Staff is friendly the dentist is fast but yet gentle. Verry friendly and fast highly recomend.

I love the kindness at summit dental its hard when you think you have a appointment and you don't have one until you find out later just need more communication so there won't be misunderstandings other then that I do enjoy coming here because of yesenia I believe God blessed me with just to know her every time I talk to her always such a joy thank you for what you do just wanted to highlight you thank for always sharing the love Jesus my heart🙂❤.

HORRIBLE PLACE....This place deserves no stars, but for the feedback i had to give it one star. the front desk lady Teresa is very rude, i have never had a friendly or helpful conversation with her. She gives you the wrong information and when you speak to her about it she lies and says she never told you that. She constantly talks back and cuts you off has no sympathy for the patients. Not only do they have rude staff, but the work they do is horrible. A filling fell out less than a year of when the work was done and they would not fix for free because there policy is work can only get redone if within 6 months. This information was given to me by Teresa and as she explained it to me she got very rude and ugly about the situation she first said it was our ins policy when she didn't even have our ins. information up. When I told her no not an ins. policy she then said well its ours. So I didn't fight it even though I probably should have, but I will forsure not go there to fix the filling or have any future work done by them. My new dentist said all the work they did is horrible and they have to correct it. So upset do not waste your time, and money here, so upset I did. Not only did I get horrible customer service here Teresa in particular, but horrible dental work.

Great job and made me comfortable on the work l had done. I would prefer others to this go dentist..It was not scary but life saver to get a smile back on my face .

I love my Summit Dental family, they're always very nice and friendly and they listen to your concerns and they help find a solution with loving care. I rate them with 5 stars, I'd rate them more if I could.
