A.J. and Evan did the duct cleaning in my house and were very polite. A.J. explained everything thoroughly before hand and they made sure we knew all they were doing as they were doing it. Before and after pictures too. Very professional and very friendly. They are a great asset to the company and made this a very good experience. Highly recommend if you need your ducts cleaned.

The guys that came out were awesome! Super personable and super quick! They did two rooms, two staircases, and a hallway in about a half an hour. They were in and out like it was nothing! I would've been at it for at least an hour myself!

Ken & David were super kind, personable, and professional. They were on time and honest about what product was best for our situation. The price was higher than anticipated, but overall very happy! Kudos to Ken & David!

The gentlemen did a great job cleaning the ducts and air vents. The previous owner of the house had been a smoker and we needed the ducts to be cleaned. They explained the procedures and showed me what they did, including a video of all the lint build up in the dryer vent. Would definitely recommend them.

I have two toddlers, a dog and dog sit often and they were able to get out nearly all of the accumulated dirt and stains on my furniture! The areas that remained a problem were fully explained to me during the cleaning process, which I appreciated. The two men were a pleasure to work with, and I’ll definitely be using these services again!

Came in right on time, very thorough and professional. Super friendly and made sure to take the time to explain things. Gave my dogs much deserved pets. Air ducts are so much cleaner. Highly recommend.

The tech did an excellent job. I was impressed how he got the corners and against the wall so well. He was careful and didn't stop until he finished all three levels of floors in the house. He went over everything I wanted him to do and made sure I was aware of the total cost before he started.

I'm in the process of moving, and didn't become aware of a distinct animal odor until two days before the movers were set to come. I was panicked, wanting to get it taken care of before we moved our stuff in. Tanya was amazing over the phone! She was very accommodating, and made sure that I got the earliest appointment available. The gentlemen who took care of the cleaning were incredibly quick and efficient, and gave us a tip about cleaning our air ducts. I'm so relieved that our home is now professionally cleaned and move-in ready!

This was the worst experience I've ever had. We were told we would get a text when the technicians would be on their way to do the cleaning. We received a text saying they would arrive shortly. 2 hours later they finally showed up. When the guy came. He was offering us services that were not listed on the website which was odd but we decided to do it since he recommended it. He also said that he should be charging our one room as two but we should just get the sanitation instead. After he left we did not go in our basement so we could just let it dry and we already had our dehumidifier going. 2 hours later. I went down to check on it to see what it was looking like. There were stains still in the carpet that I easily got out on my own. The carpet was so soaking wet. I could push water out of it. When I called the customer service line they said that they would work on having someone come out to fix it and that they would call me back in 5 to 10 minutes. 20 minutes later no one had called back so we called and they told us that they don't give time frames for someone to call back. Our carpet was left soaking wet and prone to mold. So I went ahead and used our home carpet cleaner to suction as much water as I could. The water was brown and murky and I was getting up stains and hair that were left in the carpet. This has been an extremely unprofessional experience. I'm very disappointed considering we hired them to come to our last house and they did a great job.
