The so called owner just threatened me because I was asking very logical questions that she could not answer. The staff apparently don't relay messages, very poor communication. It's pointless to call the state, they give anyone their license. This facility isn't all that, they don't do much with the kids, and staff have poor, unprofessional attitudes. I wouldn't reccommend them to watch my grass grow, let alone any child.

Very unprofessional, I told them to lay my child on his stomach sometimes for his nap so his head wouldn't get flat . . Also , asked them to return things home such as bottles I provide him with every day and clothes o provided him with on daily . They said that they couldn't meet my requirements. It's only one teacher for every 5-6 baby everytime you looked up they would leave one person with a group of kids in different age groups with one person . Very unprofessional . My child had only been there for a day and every time I called literally every hour on the hour they were holding him. I can't get much done at home if they are holding him the whole time he is there , he come home and expect that.

This was the 1st and only daycare that I brought my son to. The owner is very reliable, compassionate & operates with integrity. I would not want my son to go to another daycare. This establishment has truly been a blessing in our lives! Keep doing what you are doing Sprouts!!!

My kids have been going there since my oldest was a baby she’s 8 now. Very reliable and respectful staff, environment is clean and rules are in place for children, staff, and families to prevent COVID-19 from entering the building. Family owned business and the kids are very well taken care of!

This is by far the best learning center in Omaha. The owner and the teachers love the kids like their own, have a great curriculum and take the kids on field trips. My kids love attending and I am very happy about our experience here.

love the teachers and owner. rarely ever have an issue and when there is a small one come up they are so quick to get it resolved. Been having my kids go here since they could both boys started at 6 weeks old.
