Sofra Kitchen

Please get motorized blinds for the comfort of guests sitting next to windows. So bright I couldn't see across the table. If there is a problem with an item (unwanted floater in my Americano), it would be good customer service to comp the item. Everything tasted delicious, but the So Cal could be constructed differently to make it less messy. Cheese and dressing first makes everything else in the sandwich slide all over the place. Consider mashing the avocado and another piece of bacon would be great.

As a relatively new restaurant, I’m glad to see they continue to improve between today and my last visit. It was good the first time, today it was great. I ordered the Lox Avocado Toast and it may be the best I’ve had in Omaha, possibly top 3 globally. Chloe (sp?) our server was nice, professional, well trained and knowledgeable on the dishes. We will probably dine here about 4x per month. We will be regulars.

The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. We will be back!

First time there and was impressed. Spoke with the waitress and she said they had been open just a short while and working on the liquor license so they can do mimosa's and such. Food was tasty and presented well. We had a group of four and everyone had something different, but all said that they enjoyed it. Seeing what other diners were having and those plates all looked good as well. Will be going back again.

Sofra Kitchen did not disappoint. My son ate every last bit of his French Toast which was delicious. I had the Avocado Toast with Lox and it was amazing!! The atmosphere is clean and simple. The staff is extremely polite & we even got to meet the chef. It’s quite a drive from where we live and it was well worth it.

Amazing gem in Omaha! Staff is excellent and food is fresh! Excellent portions and prices. I had breakfast here, worked from the bar enjoying coffee and stayed for lunch!

This is a newly opened restaurant in midtown. Its got a beautiful bright and airy feel with it's high ceilings and large windows. The seats are cushioned and they have booth seating (on one side) if that's your preference. Shrimp roll 4 stars I enjoyed the sauce on this. It's quite a messy item as they do load up on the sauce. I felt something at the back of my throat, so either they used a lot of salt or there was msg in it . The fries were greasy but not crispy at all. We let the server know. I sent most of it back (I ate maybe 4 between my friend and myself). We did not receive any feedback after. We were told the server told the chef and it was left at that. Egg sandwich 4 stars This was not my order and I had a bite. I enjoyed it. Service was very friendly. I was hoping they would remake the fries, but they did nothing. So it seems if there is an issue they will take a note, but do not expect anything. If you want something done they might if you ask, but I did not explicitly, so it ended there. As it is located in midtown, there is metered parking right outside or you can try to park in the garage.

We enjoy popping down to Sofra for breakfast— they are open EARLY which is great for our family, and service is (just our opinion) faster, better & friendlier than blackstone breakfast joints down the street. There are many menu items (like pancakes) that can be done as smaller sides which is great for our preschooler. Coffee & espresso drinks are really good. At first when the midtown location opened we found some breakfast items to be a little under-salted, however it turns out we actually prefer this because then we can each salt to our own liking (there’s salt, pepper, and a nice assortment of hot sauces available in the dining room).

Highly recommend Sofra in Midtown! The atmosphere and decor are wonderful, the food was delicious, and our server was fantastic! Our table ordered the croissant with Nutella, Italian omelet, eggs Benedict, and multiple espresso drinks (hazelnut latte, flat white, caffe macchiato, and cappuccino) - so yummy, everything! The food was prepared well, had great presentation, and tasted delicious. All the espresso drinks were amazing too - prepared well; I enjoyed the milk used as well as the espresso beans. Will definitely be back again!

We have been going to Sofra Creperie at the Inner Rail for a while now (it's one of our favourite places), but this was our first opportunity to try out their new brunch spot, and let me tell you, we were not disappointed. I got the Lox Benedict and my husband got the Truffle Hamburger. Both were freaking incredible. The menu is simple, but you can tell that all the care is given to the prep of the food. The atmosphere is great: a mix of classy and casual, brunch meets cozy cafe. The staff are friendly and look to be well taken care of by their employers (which is a big thing to me; unhappy staff = unhappy place) Overall, we can't wait to come back, and bring our friends and family to Sofra Kitchen. (It's probably a good thing for our bank account that we don't live closer.)
