I called early Monday morning because my heat was not working. They sent someone out at 7pm. He was not able to fix the problem because he did not have the part, but put in an emergency work order for the part. Praying it comes in today as my house is so cold! He was friendly and as helpful as he could be.

Alan replaced our Aprilaire humidifier panel with much precise description. He was very professional, kind And helpful. I highly recommend Service One with Alan!

Alan communicated clearly about the cause of our issue. Also gave us helpful hints to improve performance and consistency. Alan let us know what we could do ourselves and what additional services from ServiceOne are available.

I would highly NOT recommend Service1 for a Home Warranty Solution. I would save your money to use towards a repair/replacement. We had a lower freezer drawer not seal correctly. A tech came out and said the rails would need to be replaced. He left and the issue was worse and our freezer was not usable. After 2 weeks (with NO freezer), I tried contacting them as to what next steps were. They said the part was on order and there was no ETA. After I made a quick call to the manufacturer I was able to find out the part was no longer available. Service1 still claimed they were waiting on the part. Another week goes by and no update. I had to call in AGAIN to find out next steps. In short - they would not repair or replace the freezer/fridge unit. READ anything you sign in detail. Their website makes it sound like they will replace appliances if they break but there are all kinds of loopholes they will use to get out of a replacement. They claim that a fridge/freezer are separate units and they only provided me $200. I received two different invoices to renew our annual service with two different amounts. In no way was I going to renew service and had to purchase a new fridge/freezer to resolve the issue on my own. Highly disappointed with the service, follow-up and integrity of this company.

Tech attempted to scam us! We were considering a service plan and Service One sent a tech who checked our furnace for maybe five minutes. Told us our heat exchanger was cracked and gave us a quote of nearly $1400. We asked to see this crack before paying and he pulled out his cell phone and showed us a picture of a cracked heat exchanger. We asked if we could see it on our furnace vs his cell phone. He told us no and that he'd have to charge us for opening it up again. We sent him on his way and had Jackson come for a second opinion. Showed us the inside of our furnace and exchanger and there was nothing cracked. They spent over an hour just trying to find something wrong. Nice try service one! Buyer beware.

Chris, with service 1 has been to my house a few times for drain cleaning. He does a great job and and cleans up before he leaves. I would definitely recommend him as plumber.

Alan was professional, friendly, patient with the incessant whining and barking of our dog. He also provided quick and thorough service of our A/C unit, and provided sound advice on what caused our issue, and how to prevent it in the future. We will call ServiceOne for future HVAC maintenance and repair, and consider their other services as well.

I use Service One for my home warranty and they also replaced my heat and AC system, so I had them come do my annual check as well. Alan, the Technician who came, was so knowledgeable and thorough- we're talking wow level service here. Highly recommended.

The service tech Alan was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He went a little above and beyond and took care of everything I needed and helped educate me on things I didn't know. I would definitely recommend using the service and would give two thumbs up to Alan and his work

ServiceOne did excellent work. John, one of their sales engineers, worked with me closely over three visits to understand my business needs and budget. I picked an option that met my needs from multiple proposals. The group of guys that did the work were very polite. They showed up on time. They we're careful with the equipment. The install looks very sharp/professional—zip tied wires, made a plate for the thermostat, unit heater hangs nice and square... looks very "neat", which I appreciate and for which I am willing to pay extra. They ran into some blockers and required extra parts, but they persisted and got the job done the same day. I called MUD and had the gas turned on the day after the install. I called ServiceOne and the installers were back out to check that everything worked as expected within an hour. Also, they showed me how to use the thermostat and talked about how the system was setup. Overall this level of attention to detail, timeliness, and quality work is uncommon. That's why I keep voting for ServiceOne with my dollars!
