Sebastian Moving Omaha

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this moving company. Complet opposite of all their other reviews. The crew did not know how to pack the truck. They quit before the job was done. We need help with the big items we had and one of them did nothing but complain about how heavy stuff was. Took forever!! And therefore was charged a lot me that expected. We rented our own truck and because it wasn't packed right and they missed so much stuff we had to make two trips instead of one (hour and a half drive away) we were up till 130am!!! Moving our self. Total waste of time and a lot of money.

The actual moving service was efficient. But make sure you get your quote in writing. Received extra hidden charges that were not disclosed when I initially agreed to set up the service. I was not told about them until they were completely moved and done with the job at time to pay. I was quoted $400 flat first two hours then an additional $150 per hour. My job took them 2.5 hours. So it shouldve been $475(plus tax). My final bill had an extra $250 for truck rental(was not disclosed over the phone, and it was just a standard uhaul truck that we all know does jot cost $250 to rent for the day). I told them initially over the phone I did not want my motorcycle moved and I would get it myself since it would be an extra $100. They still asked through my wife(we live separately) if I wanted it moved .(i said yes in the understanding it just needed moved in the garage to access other things, was not aware they were going to actually transport it when i already told them no on the initial quote). So that was an additional $100. Again, be very clear and get your quote agreement in writing before allowing them to do any service.

This company is very affordable. They moved any things i had from every large item that i had to every little one. These guys are very kind to you and ur things. I’ll call them again whenever i want to plan my next move!!!

We had an outstanding experience with Sebastian Moving. They moved an elderly family member who was downsizing under circumstances that weren't ideal, and they really came through for us. The crew members were upbeat and fun, and they moved everything quickly and damage free. The price was also very reasonable. They made a hard situation easy.

This was our third time using this moving company in the last year. They had helped us with two moves for an elderly parent to help her settle in slowly at her new home. This time, they were willing to help us by coming to the "moving from" location this weekend to load roll offs to get rid of the rest. They charged what they quoted. They were great! Awesome attitudes! We had a great experience, just like every other time we have used them.

If you are looking for a moving company then look no further. Sebastian moving is affordable, professional, and will put your mind at ease. You won’t have to watch them like hawks with your furniture. My sister and I had to get rid of our original movers due to carelessness and unprofessionalism. When I first called, Michelle listened and was compassionate and found Zach a team lead who was just as compassionate for the last 24 hours we had been through. He picked a team (Mark and Zion) that was polite, careful, and quick to get the job done. The team was able to fix my sister’s damaged bed from the previous movers and give us a sigh of relief from beginning to end. They didn’t charge an arm and a leg for a last minute move, they were just happy to help. I have moved several times and I have never gotten such high quality service with ANY moving company. Sebastian moving is absolutely amazing and I HIGHLY recommend them for all of your moving needs.
