Stacy always asks how it's been since my last visit. She also teaches how's she's doing what she's doing to my hair. Top notch in my opinion.

Fabulous salon all the way around - from appt making, reminder calls, cut/color services - everything is top-notch in a beautiful "luxe" environment! The only place I'll go!

I had an appointment with Rachelle. We did a cut and style. Next time I think I'll do some color. I've been going here for a few years and everyone there seems attentive and helpful.

The staff at this salon are rude and have nothing but attitude towards others. They talk about customers behind their back. The owner also treats some of the staff pretty poorly, maybe that's where they get their attitude. I'd advise anyone to spend their money elsewhere.

This is one well run, exceptional place. I go to Hope. Very organized, extremely clean and beautiful inside. So knowledgeable and exceptionally well trained, talented craftspeople inside. It feels like a mini vacation inside. Just surrender to their care and feel (an look) better!

I absolutely LOVE this salon! I am an actual client, and I visit this salon frequently. Based on my experiences, Salon Luxe is not only a great professional salon, but the entire team is absolutely wonderful. I've lived in Chicago and Denver over the years, and have been a client in great salons in other cities. The expertise I've experienced at Luxe is second to none. Personally, I get cutting and highlighting and blowout services on a regular basis and the expertise is top notch. And the service from the front desk staff is always wonderful. Whether I am calling in to schedule appointments or arriving at the salon on the day of my service, the front desk ladies always go the extra mile and take such great care of me. Whether it's the front desk staff or the professional team, this is truly a wonderful group of people - happy, cheerful, kind, and caring! I LOVE this salon and I can't give it enough stars! I don't normally write a lot of reviews. But I must say that when I see fake reviews on sites like google and yelp it is very upsetting. My daughter told me recently about someone she knows who wrote a fake review about Luxe here on google. This person was a former front desk employee at Luxe for a couple of weeks. If a young person doesn't want a job or doesn't want to work, then that is their choice. But to post false information about a business and its people and its owners is absolutely shameful. As an actual client who KNOWS the level of expertise and customer service clients experience at Luxe, I wanted to write an actual review based on my many experiences. If you're looking for expert professional salon services, Luxe is second to none! Below is my initial experience at this salon today. I posted this review about 30 minutes ago and the business director has already responded to me and 100% corrected the situation. Like I said before as far as talent goes I had a wonderful stylist who did a great job. This was unfortunately a severe lack of communication as I made it clear what I was going in for and expecting my appt to cost. That said, consumers always ask questions so you know what you're paying for and businesses/employees be upfront in any situation if the price of a product or service is going to change drastically so your client can make an informed decision on how they want to proceed. I have admit I was more than disappointed with my first experience at this salon regarding pricing specifically. I will say my actual stylist was wonderful and did a great job with my color. As far as her talent goes I would highly recommend Rachelle. As far as the salon goes I would not recommend and won't be back. I have relatively light colored hair (like a dirty blonde) and tend to stick with partial highlights because that's all I usually need. And to be honest I have no problem spending the money on my hair if it's necessary and discussed up front. But here's the thing I specifically asked for lowest level stylist for a couple reasons. For one they're probably going to be completely talented and capable at a higher end salon so I'm sure they'll do a good job and two they tend to be less expensive which if there is no reason to spend extra I'm not going to. That said the stylist I scheduled with was advertised as partial highlight pricing starting at $40. Yes I understand it says "starting at" but just the highlights alone ended up being double, $80, which is more than her supposed full highlight starts at. Also she added a toner which was another $15 (which would have been fine but tell me you're doing that), finally once I was rinsed she asked if I'd like my hair styled more straight or with some wave which I replied some wave would be nice. She didn't mention that was another $35 charge. I have been getting my hair colored in professional salons for 10+ years and have never had a color appt not include styling it at the end. I would still be going to the same stylist I had been for years if I wasn't for the fact that my family just moved to the area from Washington state. In all the years I had gone to that stylist a partial highlight appt was never more than $75 and she was the lead stylist/salon owner who's prices started at a higher point. Needless to say this partial highlight appt that I thought was going to run me around $40 to $50 ended up costing me $130 and it's the first and last time salon luxe will ever have my business.

I never write reviews for anywhere I visit, but felt obligated to do so for Luxe after the professional and hospitable experience I was greeted with. I called at 12:40 asking if there was any availability in the afternoon; I was greeted by name at the door and sitting in the chair by 1:10. Staci was the most communicative stylist I've ever worked with. She answered every one of my questions and concerns with tactful ease. She addressed concerns about my use of product and walked me through multiple ways of wearing my hair. For a male with curly hair, Stacy was honestly the perfect stylist. I WILL be returning, and recommending this location to anyone in the area. Thank you Salon Luxe!!

I am amazed every time I go there. My stylist is awesome and it is such a relaxing environment. I always leave feeling great about my new style. My stylist always gives me tips and tells me each type of product she is using when styling. She has highlighting suggestions and an amazing visions of different styles and is very knowledgeable. You will love it there.

I highly recommend this Salon. I moved to NE a few months ago and was concerned about finding a good stylist. A coworker recommended Rachelle and I couldn’t be more pleased. She has colored my hair several times and it always turns out great. I’ve had many compliments on the color and have sent others to see Rachelle as well. She is the BEST❤️
