Be very careful bringing your car to this location. Although, I had good experiences in the past with detailing and even gave gift cards to my family , you should never use their car wash. You are at risk getting your mirrors broken and the manager Darius is so disrespectful that he will not let you speak. He can use a class at customer service. Be aware! Not a good place of service . Manager Darius continues to blame and not take responsibility for his Actions. The response posted is totally false as I received no instructions from the personnel in spite of my questions. Furthermore, he doesn’t understand that respect is more important than money for some of us. Be very careful on believing the answer posted as it would be your car at risk. So sad that the multiple attempts that I made to have a respectful conversation were ignored and a bell was rang in my face as I was told not to speak. On this day am age is incredible that a manager would behave in such a disrespectful fashion . His answer reflects his attitude. This is not about money but good, respectful service. Be careful if you decide to take the risk of bringing your car to a place where the manager will stack you for speaking truth!

No matter how many new car wash companies try to take over Omaha, I will always be loyal to Russell Speeders! Amazing prices and always such friendly staff. The staff always look so happy to work here and I don’t blame them! It’s a fun work environment and I am happy to provide business to them now and forever! Beautiful detailing work!

I truly enjoyed my experience ☺️. The staff was very pleasant. Terri greeted us (felt like family), she was super sweet, offered my fiance and I popcorn/beverages both complimentary and... wait for it, A HEATED FULL BODY MASSAGE 😳. My car was very clean, the stains that I thought wouldn't come up (after scrubbing for 45 years😭) come out. It smelled really really good, took maybe half an hour..... just get a massage while you wait, that chair is AMAZING ❣️

I've been a member there for several years now. Love it. May not be the cheapest, but all in all I think they're the best when you compare services for the price. Don't need to carry any towels or detail products in my car because they provide everything! Their vacuums are by far the best in town. So much so you need to pick up anything of value from your car floor including small children and pets. Otherwise it's getting sucked up! Dee Dee and the other folks that work there truly seem to enjoy their jobs and make the wash entertaining!

Love this location! The staff is always upbeat and helpful. Went first thing in the morning and Terri was great! She greeted me with a smile and made sure to take care of the extra bugs on my car. She made me feel like a family member. Great start to my day!

Terri at the car wash entrance did a great job convincing me that Russell’s Car Wash would have all I need in cleaning my car and she was right. My truck looked smelled good after the detail. I liked it so much she convinced me to sign up for a monthly membership. Donovan was one of the employees who helped clean my truck and he did an amazing job. My truck sparkled in places that it hasn’t since it was new. He was friendly to work with and he knows his stuff. Thank you Terri and Donovan for great customer service.

For $250 plus tip I expected a better job to be done. I normally don't take our vehicles in to be detailed but i will not be going to russell speeders again. Poorly done job. I literally do better with my shop vacuum and drill brush at home. Figured this would be more convenient but now im out 250$ and still have to redo it myself. Seats are dried in the pictures as well. Thought they would have gotten better when dried but actually got worse

Came in today for just a quick little tidy-up, but Mike, Evan, Kionte, Roberto and Jay went above and beyond to provide me with the best service and care I could ask for! Everyone here works hard and has a positive and friendly attitude, I appreciate that now more than ever! Thank you all for going the extra mile today and putting a huge smile on my face! 🌞🌞🌞

Impressed by the setup at this car wash for self interior cleaning. Added bonus and reason for five star review was Quinn. Mar’Quinn came over and offered to help me out as he had no work at the moment. He shined my rims and dried the exterior. All the while knowing I didn’t have any cash to tip him. Top notch service and left a really good impression of the car wash because of his extra effort. Whoever owns this car wash should give that guy a bonus!
