I was blessed to have Sal and his staff at Specialized Physical Therapy help me recover from an inflamed tendon in my foot. The exercise routine and other therapy procedures helped to restore normal function as they alleviated pain and swelling. Sal, Zach and Amy were always caring, kind and helpful. They have my hearty recommendation.

When I found out I needed PT again, I knew the only place to go was Specialized Physical Therapy. Sal, Trish, and Melissa are wonderful! They listen to what the best way for you to learn and help you with moves you can do at home. I highly recommend SPT for your PT needs!

Mike and Tricia did a fantastic job of helping me through my recovery. They explained every exercise so I understood how it was going to help me. They are Super friendly and extremely positive people which helped me actually enjoy PT which is not something you normally look forward to. Super friendly staff and super awesome PT! Went here to recovery from a broken wrist and surgery. I could not even hold one pound in my hand when I started, and when I finished, I was able to return to doing push-ups, playing racquetball, and using dumbbells at the gym. Overall, a great experience and a fun environment to be in! The therapists definitely know what they are doing.

I felt so well cared for at Specialized Physical Therapy. Everyone was so nice and so friendly. They worked with me one on one and developed a plan just for me that got me back on the road to better day-to-day living. I came to Specialized Physical Therapy following rotator cuff surgery back in August. My sister was treated by Sal at the Pacific Street location the previous year for a shoulder replacement. She had a very good experience and positive outcome so that played a large part in my selecting that facility and Sal as my therapist. The treatment I received during the course of 18 weeks was outstanding and thus I had a very positive outcome. This was due to two components of the process – a skilled therapist with a long and successful work history in the field, and my motivation to do whatever was necessary for me to reach my three goals (maximum range of motion, return to an active workout routine, and golf in the spring of 2017). For me, I always felt like I was in good hands. Sal knows how to pace the therapy, when you’re ready for the next level, always challenging and encouraging you but never setting you up for failure with “too much too soon”. I also appreciated his explanations about the “what, why and how” of the various treatments along the way. The practice is a very positive environment, clean, friendly and state-of-the art. I was always greeted by the front office staff with a welcoming smile and genuine attitude. An added bonus – the camaraderie that develops over time and sharing of stories, news events, family activities, etc. Hopefully, I will never need physical therapy treatment again but if so, I would definitely come back to SPT. After having a serious hamstring surgery and not being familiar with Omaha, I went on line and found Specialized Physical Therapy and hoped for a good experience. Little did I know of the tremendous professionalism, knowledge, and compassion that I would find in Sal, my physical therapist. He was always upbeat and positive and made me want to push myself. I so appreciated his expertise and recommended Sal to 2 other coworkers. He is awesome.

I’ve never had to do physical therapy before, so when I tore my bicep muscle and had to go to Specialized for a couple of months at first I felt a little trepidation. But any reservations or fears I had about physical therapy were immediately put to rest as the staff showed me the utmost respect and care, making me feel very much at ease. Whatever pain I was going through during the exercises and stretches were addressed and I felt like I was never pushed beyond my limits, but just enough to coax my body to restore health and mobility. Thanks to the patience and care of the therapists and the hospitality of all the staff, I can now say I have successfully transitioned back to work by hitting the ground running, so to speak. I went to Specialized Physical Therapy to improve my balance and to help with dizziness. The staff was caring and competent and always made sure I was feeling well before we began a PT session. I never had to wait more than 2 or 3 minutes before beginning my session. The entire staff was friendly and helpful.

I went through 4 months of rehab on my shoulder after three dislocations and a subsequent surgery. Sal, Tricia, and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and generally great to work with. As I've eased back into regular workouts and daily activities they have been available to answer questions about how to avoid any further injuries. I would highly recommend them.
