Ridgeview Dental

Horrible! I would not even give them 1 star, but I had to to post! I went here for a little over a year. They seem very nice and concerned for you. However, after awhile they seem to be all about the money. We switched due to being told you have a filling, or even a root canal, they suddenly find that you actually need a crown! (this happened 2 times!) They want to redo work that does not necessarily need to be done. Then when you do decide to go elsewhere, they charge you to send your files. Which by the way, they do not send the complete file!!! I am now being charged for xrays my insurance will not cover from my new dentist because Ridgeview (whom I paid to send my info) did not send anything but the bitewings! I am obviously mad about this as it is going to cost me in the end. My advice is to beware of this place!!!!!

Dr. Candi and her staff are so friendly and make going to the dentist an easier thing to do! They're great with our kids toi and make it exciting to be cavity free! 😁 …

Just got my teeth cleaning done and as usual it was fantastic. Most people seem to dread going to the dentist, I look forward to it. The staff is always great and the experience is always so pleasant. I recommend anyone looking for a dentist, look no further, you have found the best one out there!!

I've experienced many different dentists and I would say that Dr. Candi Filbrant was the most patient and caring as well as extremely professional. I have always had trouble getting numb for fillings and Dr. Candi Filbrant took extra precautions and extra work into assuring that I was completely numb for my dental work, being that it took extra time and a few different approaches for the numbing medication to be 100% effective for me. I have not had a dentist do that for me ever. I am so glad I have found a wonderful dentist!

Great experience. The staff is outgoing, friendly and professional. A detailed report was provided by Dr. Filbrandt to highlight my dental needs. Dr. Filbrandt took the time to review the information with me personally and addressed all my questions - including what should be done immediately and what could be postponed until later in the year. The office hours provide great flexibility, yet they are always more than willing to work around my busy schedule!

Dr Candi and entire staff are very personable and make the experience pleasant. Very thorough and gentle dental care. I would highly recommend this office!
