Nicole is the best! My mom is high school friends with her so we've been going to her for a while. She's always so friendly and nice. I asked for a cut that looked good both when it was cut and while it was growing out and she did an amazing job! I've never been able to have both, but she did it! I can't stop staring at myself when I leave the salon. Wish I could rate higher.

Everyone one is great here at Rain Salon! I personally see Tharin to get my haircuts and colors. I have never left disappointed and either will you!!

Made an appointment online, very easily, they confirmed via text the day before, very nice. Had a great shaping and trim with Chloe, and my curls look great!

I've been getting my hair done by Nicole for years now. I love the location; it's very close to both work and home for me. It's always a clean and inviting atmosphere. Nicole is awesome, I see her for both cuts and color. I always leave looking like a million bucks. I believe they also offer waxing and massage.

I live downtown picked this place because of reviews. I have tried several places downtown. Jo is the only one that met all expectations he knew exactly how to fix the red in my hair to be more even and through out. The head massage and blow out were the best! I love sitting in a new drama chair! Sorry ladies but there is something great about a guy doing your hair! My fiancé loved it too. I can finally say I love my hair!

Was looking forward to my appt with Adam for daysss and he did not disappoint!! Love the new short look he gave me, a master of his craft.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND CHLOE. 10/9/19 Chloe cut 11" off of my hair. Left photo is my hair, which I'd previously had cut. Asked for the same cut and expressed I'd like to keep the front longer. As you can see in the photos (right photo) she cut the front several inches SHORTER than the rest of my hair. I expressed my concern and she stated, "Oh I know what I did wrong!" She did nothing to correct it and does not stand behind her work. Almost like it was a sick joke. Initially I contacted the "owner". Took him several days to respond to me. Only to be told they are all independent stylists. I did not say anything at the end of my appointment to avoid causing a scene. I also waited to see if the cut would become manageable. I showed her a photo of "my hair" numerous times. Wasn't as if I asked to look like a supermodel. My hair will have to go before it can be fixed. She refused to fix my hair since it had been eight days since my appointment. I've never had such a terrible experience with a stylist in my life.

Tharin is the best. The salon itself is a really great atmosphere, I never feel rushed and you get to look at the most beautiful ceilings while you get your hair washed! Can't recommend Tharin enough, she always does an amazing job and makes a 2.5 hour full highlight fly by every time.
