Quality Inn & Suites near I-480 and I-29

This review is a warning for everyone to avoid this hotel! Staff is extremely unprofessional and there is no customer service! The front desk lady, Selena, could care less if you have an issue or problem with your stay. No upper management to contact and not the customer service one expects from a quality Inn. I should have read the other bad reviews and stayed clear of this place! There is nothing quality about this location!

Made a reservation for last weekend for my family. When we arrived to our room, it was a complete disaster. It's smelled like a musty boys locker room. There were red stains on the bathroom towels. The toilet vibrates and hums after flushing. My son peeled back the bed sheets to find stains. We paid $300+ for the weekend and literally check out after 1 hour of being there. I took my family to the Marriott with haste....The worst part is that I didn't even get a full refund. This place is a God given disgrace.

Above mirror a needle with liquid just sitting on the ledge of the mirror gross. Dirty so uncomfortable I paid a week and I’m leaving without a refund cuz I paid with cash. $418 dollars now I’m out because of there mistake this is not right

i personally wouldn't stay here ever again. i needed somewhere to sleep while i was on the road and this is the only place with availability so i had to as i couldn't drive any longer through Nebraska. if you can stay somewhere else i would. i didn't feel safe.

The hotel is full of bedbugs.We didn't stay in the hotel but they charged me for refusing to share room with bedbugs. I need my money back or see you in the court of law.

This hotel is more like The Lack of Quality Inn. The pool was closed and I got no apology at all after politely expressing my disappointment about that multiple times. There was no hot water, room was dirty, WiFi signal poor, cable TV was mostly static terrible picture. Room smelled like smoke and did I mention they charged me $150 deposit because I have a local driver's license. I don't smoke. I just needed a room for the night. You've been warned. Do yourself a favor, don't stay here.

Dust bunnies and cobwebs on the wall, and a stifling stale aroma locked in place by humidity is what greeted us in a room needing sanitation and multiple repairs. This was the first day of our family vacation and needless to say, our disgust and disappointment was palpable. After seeking a refund and then looking frantically for other accomodations, we left with a full refund for the second night, declining the offer of another room. In the process I learned that the hotel is privately owned and not under any corporate structure or rules.

We booked two rooms each with two queen beds and a sofabed. when we arrived to the rooms we realized that there was no sofa bed in either room. Rooms were dirty, hairs all over bathroom, noisy AC, foul smell in the hallways. A horrible hotel.

We came after making reservations online. The lady up front canceled our online reservation and made a new one with them. She told us to go up and to the left for the room we walked about for like 10 minutes because the rooms are odd numbered. We get to the room and we walk in and there is dirt on the floor in multiple places, there is food on the skirt of the bed and the walls/ceiling. Remote didn't work for the tvs, one bed was halfway on the floor. The pool was closed and they also don't have breakfast because of covid. I posted pictures. Anyway. We went up to the front lady and told her what was going on and she just told us "we can't do anything and no refunds".. well I insisted and then all of the sudden they had a room available. As I was going to the newer room which was cleaner I just took it because I didn't have the money to just say whatever to 106 bucks. The newer room was nicer but I really just wanted to pack up my stuff and go to hotel 6. I heard another couple walk into the room and then around and say "that's dirty, I'm leaving." If recommend not going to this place. They refuse to refund.

Five minutes after arrival We got into our room, the light covering in room 110 in the bathroom fell off the wall. Had to go to front desk for hand towels and wash clothes as none in room. Shower stall has crack in it letting water go into wall. Next morning our door wouldn’t lock when we left. My companion spoke with a man regarding the door issue, he was very nonchalant said he get to it sometime today. We needed to leave the hotel, so I won’t to front desk, the young gal came and looked at it and got it working temporarily said maintenance would come later to fix it properly, they never came. Housekeeping asked if we needed service we said yes, towels and trash. No one came at all, I went to front desk a young man tried to give me excuses why they hadn’t come, he wasn’t listening to what I was saying. Needed fresh towels he would give me any until I brought dirty ones to front desk, like we are thieves. Breakfast was none existent! Overall there isn’t any quality at this quality inn. Not happy with lack of customer service.
