Very clean salon. My tech worked very hard to smooth my rough feet. Always pleasant and we never wait when having an appointment. I have tried about 10 salons in the Council Bluffs/Omaha area . They are by far the best .

I got a pedicure done here by Ken. He did a wonderful job! This was my first time at Pretty Nails. The prices are reasonable, everyone is nice, and the pedicure was relaxing. Ken did a great job at paying attention to the massage and toe care.

The staff is always so friendly! They also painted my 5 yr old daughters nails today and made feel so special and like a princess! They always do an amazing job with my nails as well. I'll keep going there vs the closer ones by us because they're super welcoming and kind and do a fantastic job!

This is my second visit. First time I got dip powder manicure and this time Shellac manicure. Very clean and comfortable environment. Henry gave good service. I will definitely be returning. Thank you.

I was in need of a pedicure & full set and they were closing within the hour. Instead of turning me away (as I was at a different salon), they graciously accepted the last minute appointment and accommodated me. They didn’t rush either service even though the drying extended a few minutes after closing time. Great service, beautiful salon.

I've been coming for a couple months for my acrylics, and everyone is always so friendly! The first appointment I had I got greeted right away and walked through everything. All the techs are super reliable, and I always know whoever I sit with will get it right! I also never start lifting until I hit the 2 week mark and I'm ready to go back in. Yesterday at my appointment it was so busy and the phone was ringing often, but I didn't feel rushed at all and I got exactly what I asked for!

My wife and I went in to get two FILLS. My wife got one design on each of her ring fingers & I didn't get any design. Her nails were $55 in total for a FILL. Mine were $48 for a FILL. One of my nails is already messed up. The sides of the nails aren't painted very well either. I do like the color and they were nice.
