Premier has installed all my HVAC equipment, my indoor air quality equipment, and a water heater. All very clean, courteous quality work. I highly recommend them!

Premier helped with my furnace this winter when we weren't getting heat. They offered to come out that night, just to see what the problem was and what parts they would need for the next day. By doing this they were able to come out first thing the next morning and had us up and running. I enjoy their service and honesty.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy service. The technician went over in detail everything that was found during our furnace checkup. Very detailed in his work and was careful to leave the area cleaner than he found it. Would highly recommend.

Jeff Miller and Premier Home Services is the best, hands down. We live in a 4 yo home that shouldn't have issues, but does. Jeff installed a new kitchen faucet that Kohler replaced under warranty (didn't want the builder's plumber in my home again). Jeff was prompt, courteous and not in a rush. He took the time to answer all questions and the fee he charged was much less than the other guys who wave at you from the back of their van. When an exterior faucet wouldn't work, ny husband called Jeff again. He examined the faucet , gave us a couple of options and completed the replacement in a timely manner. This job required accessing the faucet via a new hole made in a basement bar closet ceiling, which was a last resort. Unfortunately the faucet had been installed incorrectly by the builder's plumber (again), had frozen and we were lucky it hadn't yet leaked. Premier Home Services provides professional, quality workmanship at a fair price. Honesty and integrity in their work and making sure their customers are happy. These guys were FANTASTIC!! I can't recommend them enough. I had a problem with my heat pump and water heater that three other companies told me would be thousands of dollars to fix. I saved a lot of money by making this phone call! I was treated with respect and given all of my options, and then allowed to choose without a sales pitch. Refreshing! They will tell you that one of the owners will consult on every job to ensure fair treatment, and I got both of them. I was able to save money and get my problems solved. When it is time for new furnace and air conditioner, I'll be calling Premier.

I asked around for a good company to work with for a water heater. Tony was great to work with, came out on time to bid on the project and came on time on the day of the project. Very courteous, honest and easy to work with. After a heavy day of rain, they didn't track any mud into our basement. Installed quickly, cleaned up after their install and gave me advice on my water heater and even checked my water softener, after I had a few questions. Great company to hire, will be looking forward to working with them again.

What an amazing service company. They did fantastic work putting in our new hot water heater. Friendly and informative and right on time. They work fast and efficiently and clean up after themselves. Will definitely use them again in the future.
