I have worked with them on multiple projects and found that they have the resources to handle any job you have. They will get things done fast for you and give a great value.

The $145 minimum / hourly rate for labor should have been disclosed up front when you call for an outlet needing to be replaced. I get that there is typically a minimum for a service call, but $145 for “the first hour/minimum?” That should have def. been disclosed up front for something as little as that, especially for just 20 mins. of work.

I submitted an inquiry on the web to ask about installation of a outlet to plug my RV into and never got a call/email... guess they don't need my business!

I’m sorry to have to leave a one star review but I’ve asked for Premier to come back to my home. We built 2 1/2 yrs ago. I understand they say they have only a one year warranty but in a new home when the oven, washing machine upstairs and washing machine downstairs and sump pump keep tripping , I feel they should come see if it’s their issue or not. Reasonable right? In addition we can’t get the outside motion lights to stay on half the time and outlet that controls Christmas lights won’t stay on when it rains. The funny thing is in our old home we had for 18 years I never had an electrician ever for a problem! Only to add a ceiling fan or things like that. My builder said Premier won’t come back. I even lost a refrigerator full of food in the beginning because of circuit breaker. They supposedly fixed that but everything else has stopped over and over. I’m paying another electrician tomorrow who was surprised these guys wouldn’t come back. Just wanted to share our honest experience. We are very frustrated as it’s been a mess 2 years.

We built our home in 2018/2019 and were very pleased with their professionalism, communication and pricing. From the beginning with the walk through, upgrades, install to the end with coming back out to check something after the job was done - we were always taken care of. We will be using them again.

Use caution! If you need electrical work done, you better choose another company that will not leave you hanging. I was moving my business location and needed electrical work done. Gary from Premier had met me at my new location and told me they could handle the job for me. I was told they only needed 3 days notice to start the work. Well, 2 weeks before our move I called and texted Gary to set it up. I had never received a call or text back from him. We had communicated via phone and text previously so that was not the issue. Either way I had to scramble last minute to get another company out to do the work. I'm sure Gary's boss would not be impressed to know Gary is not a Premier employee.......Gary is just the weak link.

These guys were great. They wired our house through a builder and did a great job. One of only 2 subcontractors that we had no issue with at all. My husband is a Union Electrician and he said it was as good a job as he has seen. If you need electrical work done, I wouldn't hesitate to call Premier!!

They installed smoke alarms throughout my moms house when all she wanted was a kitchen remodel a few years back. When I heard what happened, I was instantly suspicious as it sounded like a typical shady up-sell when the customer is elderly or otherwise gullible and/or naive. Anyhow, the alarms have been a nonstop headache. First the living room alarm kept going off. Customer service told her it was normal. We ended up having to just disconnect the thing. Then they installed a GFCI claiming it was a code thing..which I don't even care about except that the thing constantly tripped, killing power to a big portion of the house. They didn't tell her they ran it all through a GFCI, so she wasn't even aware of how/where to reset the circuit when it tripped. She ended up replacing it with a standard outlet. Now an alarm in her bedroom is chirping nonstop. We have to change the batteries more frequently than I have ever had to change batteries in a smoke alarm, and the damn things are hard wired! We're just going to rip it all out and find another solution. Predatory company who does shoddy work. Steer clear of these clowns.

Edgar and Nate were outstanding! They installed a chandelier for us. Friendly and efficient. I asked for a slight change after install (it was my mistake initially on length). They fixed it immediately, without chagrin (it was my error in the first place). A+ experience. What a great company, especially with tradesmen like these two men!
