I am in the process of upgrading my service panel, and Scott was one of my 3 quotes. While I ended up going with a different company, it literally came down to a coin toss, as Scott was the consummate professional, readily answered all of my questions, and provided a competitive bid. If I had two panels to upgrade, I'd hire them both. Had fate went the other way with the tossed coin, it would be these folks. I definitely will keep them on speed dial for any future projects!

Everything has been tripping in our new home. We go to use the microwave, it trips. Hair dryer, it trips. Turning on a light, it trips. This is a brand new home, and this should NOT be happening. It happens randomly- from every couple days to multiple times a day. When it happens, we have to go into the garage to flip the breaker. When PowerTech came out, he told us that unless we could make it happen on the spot, there was nothing he could do. So when it happened on Sunday, we called so they could stop out, and do you think the answered or called back? Nope, they sure didn't. Very unprofessional. They don't even care to do the right thing and fix this issue. If you are a smart human being, you wouldn't use this company for anything. It's too bad we didn't have a choice.

PowerTech is a great partner to work with. They are very professional, competitively priced and very prompt. All of their technicians are courteous and knowledgeable and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great electrician.

I have used many different Contractors/Suppliers in regards to this application. I have been very satisfied with the diligence and timeliness of repairs for the last years. Very helpful and supportive in keeping our critical backup infrastructures up over a two State area. The sales, installation and integration have been a great experience. I recommend including them into your bids for OPEX or capital improvements, you should be pleasantly pleased!

PowerTech has great customer service! They are very responsive when we need help. The electricians are always very professional and respectful of our time. They are very conscious of their surroundings and are never disruptive to our workday. We appreciate everything PowerTech does for us.

Had some issues with our power going out on certain breakers. Our tech showed up on time. Was very courteous and explained what the issue was and what the fix was. I was offered multiple price points for a solution and described the difference between my options. I was happy with how quick he fixed everything asked of him. I would recommend this company and I was happy with the price I paid.
