Power Crew

Power Crew returned my call promptly, and Jason came out the next day to add a light fixture to my new pantry. He let me know that my design would not meet code requirements and came up with several alternatives for me. He installed my outlet and also fixed some issues with the original wiring. I highly recommend Power Crew for those who want professional electrical services. The fact that Jason was friendly during the several hours he was here was a bonus.

These guys were awesome! They installed 12 can lights in our basement. I'm not even sure how I found them but glad I did! They overcame many challenges with our drop ceiling to give me a very centered and even look to the lights. The lights turned out beautiful and the work was completed the same day! They had excellent customer service and were very enthusiastic about their job. They definitely care about the customer and take great pride in their work and finished product. Thanks power crew!

I have used Power Crew 3 times in the past 10 years for electrical issues in my mid-century house......2of which were serious issues. They worked carefully and resolved my issue; they were very respectful; and they were tidy. They also gave various options for fixes, and helped me to determine which would be most suitable for my situation.

Michael came and replaced 2 breakers and installed 3 new light fixtures. He did an excellent job on all. He was very pleasant, and efficient. I highly recommend Power Crew as I had used them on the past on my former home as well. When I have any need for an electrician I will be calling Power Crew!

They were very friendly and understanding! I was running late due to issues with my car and they were very flexible with me so I could still get my estimate done. The technician that I worked with gave me a rundown of what was needed and what was included in the estimate. He also explained their membership to me which was nice. I'm still gathering quotes and will update my review if I go with them for my electrical work.

Jason was fantastic! You can tell that Power Crew really cares about keeping your home safe and up to code. He was great about putting together a plan to fix mistakes made by another electrician, and to make sure our house is now up to code. We wouldn't work with any other electrician company!

Jason A and Power Crew were great to work with and reasonable on price. We needed an exhaust fan/light/heat combo unit replaced. Jason was great to explain what needed done, explained current code that needed followed, and was timely in arrival and getting done within estimated time frame. He is personable, professional and knows his stuff! We will definitely contact them for future electrical work. Thank You!

Jason was very professional upon arrival. He is very easy to talk to and made quick work of the installation. I am an in home daycare and they were curious to the tools and sounds and he was friendly towards everyone. I would highly recommend him to everyone! First of all, if I can give more then 5 stars I would. Jason and Power Crew have always been prompt and very professional. They answered all of my questions when asked and did it with a smile each and every time. Being the first home we purchased, and having Jason come in to explain what was happening has given mine and my family piece of mind knowing we weren’t just a number. If you are looking for an amazing company that makes sure the job is done right, look no further. This is who I will always be calling should I have an issue or questions in the future. Thank you.

Hesitantly pre-paid a dispatch fee of $89 over the phone under the guise that I could get a refund if I canceled 2 days before my appointment. Having to prepay a dispatch fee seemed odd to me. Then 2 days before my appointment they tried to tell me that they never should have told me over the phone that I could get a refund of a prepaid fee. They said their emailed confirmation shows the true refund policy. Happened to you? Report it to help stop this deceptive business practice.
