Great experience great staff Jacob has great customer service

Like Nike people say " just do it" it's $10/month, price of a daily full burger meal. They have up to date equipments, awesome and super clean bathrooms and shower rooms. Love the massage chair and the hydro massage. Never tried the cryo therapy yet. And they have a nice staff 24/7 I love that gym.

Planet Fitness is great! They have a wide variety of new machines to choose from and now they're open 24 hrs! So I can workout whenever I choose. Thanks, Planet Fitness.

Was great. Went downhill after it reopened. Members slamming weights, talking on their phones hogging weight machines, playing music on speakers, shouting, not wiping. The new staff doesn't seem to care. The last straw for me was cleaning supplies not being kept up, during a pandemic. I'm going to try a different location.

I got my membership online and it said be ready to meet our friendly staff and get a tour. Unfortunately, my first time going was not as pleasant as it said it would be online. It was a Sunday around noon that I went in and I only saw one person working. She had to answer the phone and try to get my "signed in" for the first time. It took almost 45min. This was WITHOUT a tour. She could not leave the front(which I understand stand) I didn't ask her too either. I'm just hoping that someone called out because that was alot for that lady to do all by herself. Since then, I have been here 4times and they were properly staffed thank goodness! I asked the second time that I went for a tour of the back. They were more than helpful! He answered all my questions. The staff members that I have met so far have been super awesome! Keep it up guys!

The guy working at the front was rude and loud. Plus he smelled like he had been drinking before he came to work. I asked him for assistance and got loud. When I questioned him about an issue with the check in. He replied he was the one in charge at the front so it didnt matter what my issues were.

Manager let me know she received my review and answer my questions about the parking lot. I hadn't even scanned my pass yet. Please keep it up. Not sure if this location is under new management or what but I like it. 😁 …

I have been back at Planet fitness for about a month. Right away I have had the privilege of having Marcus as a trainer. Marcus is a wonderful instructor. He is very knowledgeable and professional, he pays attention to you while you exercise and makes sure you are getting the most out of your visit. I enjoy coming to Planet fitness and working with Marcus because I know he has my best interests in mine and that makes it enjoyable to come. Thank you so much.

I came here to work out and felt very uncomfortable it was dark and drab. I canceled my membership then was still charged a monthly fee?! Whata up with that?? I never was reimbursed and I had to go in again and physically fill out a form smh so disappointing and I really was looking forward to coming to this location because it was so convenient!
