Very nice people! Check online for deals as they won't show at the store but they will honor them if you show them the advertisement. Got a $50 Zoo Med ceramic heater for $24.

Love going here to PetSmart always got from your faces people to communicate with people to help most of the time I don't even have to ask for any help they come right up to me that's if I need it push the button for help and they come right away I love taking my beard dragon in there and I love taking my dog and with me they both go at the same time sometimes he needs to go carefully sometimes but they always love seeing my animals come through the door when I come through the door I have not tried out there clinic or their dog's father their hotel yet but will be trying those out so hope I get the same great service with them as I do what the store employees I love going here keep up the great work

This PetSmart is usually pretty good. It's the closest pet care chain to where I live right now, and I know there could certainly be worse options. I'm more or less comfortable going to this location, even though the parking lot (which I assume they don't have a ton of control over) is not exactly the safest for either cars or for people who have mobility issues. The toughest part about shopping at this particular PetSmart location typically comes down to the availability of products, specifically products that are on sale, and products not being placed in clearly labeled order. For example, while I really do appreciate that they have a whole aisle of cat care items like toys, leashes, bathing and supplemental needs, etc, I've had more than one experience where I picked up a toy or grooming item, only to find that the expected price was incorrect due to the product being placed in the wrong spot. I've worked retail for a large chunk of my life and I realized that displaced items often happen due to other customers, but I feel pretty confident in saying that it's the store responsibility if the wrong spot is the only spot for a particular item... It indicates either poor layout planning and application or employees having less care when restocking, leading to them filling the shelf in the wrong spot due to a random customer sticking the item in a place it doesn't belong. I would like to see this store have a little more care in this regard. I also have some issues with the fact that I've watched employees of the store flirt with each other, hide in aisles to text message, etc while other patrons effectively harass the cats up for adoption or make disrespectful messes. On the sales floor itself, I've yet to have one of the employees ask if I am finding things okay, if I need help, etc... This is disappointing because I have a fairly visible physical limitation and have had them watch me struggle with litter as well as walking back and forth searching. Thankfully I don't typically need input for my choices, the cashier is usually friendly as well.. I would just like to see a bit more care overall. Not sure what the expectations are for the employees, but I would think helpfulness to be rather important.

Lisa was SO helpful with not only with the adoption of our kitty, Elliot, but even helped me shop for our kitty needs afterwards! Not only helpful, but so much fun and lovely to see how much love those little darlings get before they are adopted.

I do not recommend taking your pets here for the hotel if they are potty trained to go outside. They do not take them out unless they "have to", which means if they don't go to the bathroom in 48 hours then they will take them out. This stay will cost me more than the 267.00 for 48 hours because there is blood in my female dog's urine not even an hour after getting her home indicating either a bladder infection or UTI. They also had really hard stools as soon as they got home indicating that they did not go for the 48 hours they were there. I measured out exactly the amount to feed them and 75% of the food came back home so they didn't eat. When I called to make a reservation, I was really clear about them going out at least once because they will not go inside, I was told on the phone that it wasn't a problem, and he would put it on the reservation in all capital letters. When I arrived the intake person, a leader in the hotel who was a little rude and definitely didn't make me feel comfortable leaving my dogs there, said that they would not take them outside due to safety concerns of the parking lot, however they have a few doors that open to rock and grass. She said the person taking the reservation is at a call center. I had no idea I was talking to a call center and was misled. I had to leave them as I had an emergency four hours away with family. Not only did I deal with the emergency I had to worry about my fur babies at the same time. When I picked them up, I asked if they had gone to the bathroom, did they get to go outside, did they eat and the young man couldn't tell me anything because he hadn't worked for two days so he just didn't know. It felt really cold and not comforting. I won't take them here again and I think it is important for others to know: 1. You are talking to a call center not the actual Maple location unless you select option 8. 2. Don't leave your dog's here for an extended period of time if they are potty trained outside because the only option is to go inside which could cause potty complications. Highly disappointed with the whole situation.

Beware of the Doggy Day camp manager Brooke and the store manager Marty! If you care about the overall safety and well-being of your fur baby. The manager Brooke doesn't perform her managerial duties to have any knowledge on breed characteristics. The store manager Marty's exact words on paw-gress reports are as follows: " the Paw-gress report isn't for any negative remarks on your animal's behavior that day, the staff in the rooms do not get paid to inform you of any negative events that transpire throughout the day. Only the manager is to inform you if your dog was in timeout all day or if a negative event has happened for the safety of your animal. If the manager isn't the one checking you out, then you just don't get to know that information until Brooke can speak to you." The store manager Marty didn't know what a pass on meeting was and there isn't any in place between shift changes of staff throughout the day. So, if you care to know how your fur baby's actual day went and if they are actually being treated fairly. I would seek another day camp! All this location will do is lie to your face and smile while they take your $20 plus dollars a day.

Stopped by this PetSmart to pick up some almond leaves for my Betta fish. Liked this store. Fish look healthy and well-taken care of (this is very important, and we got one). Great prices and selection of Bettas and other freshwater fish. Decent selection of aquatic plants. They have real driftwood at good prices as well. The guy from aquatic section helped us a lot. We definitely would be back.

Love this place! I get all my essentials for my fur babies! They also provide a wide variety of products for many different species of animal... though I don't recommend the free biscuits... I thought they tasted a little funny.

We took our My border collie/Great Pyrenees in for the furminator treatment and we’re pleasantly surprised at the difference it’s made. The first couple days, I was upset because the shedding was worse. After that, it was so minimal I kicked myself for not doing it a month earlier. It’s definitely worth the cost to do a couple times a year when going through their shedding season. Plus everyone was very friendly and did a great job!

Went in for a grooming for our 2 small dogs! Requested a trim and they both were completely shaved!! They felt through both and mentioned they had a few mattings, not enough to be totally shaved, especially ears and tail!! The staff was rude, not friendly or helpful, and obviously not experienced groomers! So much went wrong here, too many to list. I do NOT recommend at all!!!! Here are before and after pics! How can they think their results would be acceptable!?
