It was over 100 degrees in Omaha today and we had to be outside in it. Couldn’t wait to cool off at the hotel. The hotel did not have air conditioning which made for an absolutely miserable stay. This was supposed to be a fun trip with my daughter and instead turned into the most awful trip we have ever had. They did move us to a second room without air.

My stay at the Omaha Marriott at Regency was great from beginning to end. I stayed in a renovated room with double shower heads and a comfy bed. The room had easy access to plug in my computer and phone at the desk to allow me to work in …

Front desk staff are remarkable. After 30 some years staying here, I found out they have a guest laundry room.

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The rooms were small.

Definitely one of the most disappointing hotels that I’ve ever stayed at. I had numerous issues: 1. AC in the room did not work though it set at 60 degrees. (After complaining to the front desk, it was fixed) 2. No microwave in room (You have to go to the first floor to heat your food). 3. No ice maker in the hallway. (You have to request a bag of ice from the front desk.) 4. Pieces of hair found on the pillows 5. Room is on the small side. 6. No acknowledgement in checking out on how the service was. Be warned as this is definitely not a four star hotel. It’s not what I expected from a Marriott hotel.

Very outdated room, mildew in the corners and an overall damp feeling. The ground floor rooms have ancient sliding doors and it’s hard to lock them. My one star is for the breakfast buffet ($18) and wonderful server.

This is not a review of a stay. Just a comment, and suggestion. Years ago, this hotel offered locals pool / health club memberships. As hotels look at revenue streams to recover from the losses brought about by Covid, it would be beneficial to you to once again offer this to people in the area. Many seniors live near you, and don't necessarily want to join a traditional health club and be charged for things they'd never use (i.e. tennis/pickleball, pilates, yoga, etc). All they want is access to a pool. Please consider doing this again.

Somehow the hotel has been able to maintain the pre-pandemic level of service. Very clean and spacious common areas. The room was average size with mini-fridge, desk, no microwave. The pool and fitness areas are well maintained and large. …

Very safe area, wonderful rooms and comfortable, nice bar area. Easy in and out. A little pricey, but considering we left another hotel, because of lack of cleanliness and security. Safety and cleanliness is worth the money.
