Bought a brand new Calvin Klein coat. They completely ruined the hood of the coat. Didn't give me any money back for it. And said that is the risk I take bringing it. I now use Max I. Walker. More money, but worth it.

Nu trend on Cass Street has been my cleaners for decades because of their reliable and good quality service. Very few problems, and those were remedied fairly.

Angela at the Cass Street location is the best! She is always polite, attentive and helpful. She is the reason I bring my dry cleaning to that location; oh, and of course the quality of the cleaning service.

Used them for years. Great prices. 2 day turnaround. Friendly staff that always know me and great me warmly. Family business. Green drop off bag with saved credit card is a nice touch. 5/5.
