Nebraska Core + Pelvic Therapy

Highly recommend this clinic for postpartum mommas out there, especially those who have had a c-section and/or diastasis. Emily helped me regain strength, improve pain from diastasis and took the time to really get to know me.

They have helped me tremendously, and continue to do so. Kierra is deeply concerned about me and my health, making sure I feel comfortable and am seeing results. I delivered twins and they helped me gain SO much strength in my pelvic floor region. Thank you!!

Went in for an evaluation with Emily and she made me feel extremely comfortable! She gave me some pointers for small tweaks to help me, and encouraging words to continue therapy to get me to my goals. Excited for my treatment session with her in the following weeks.

This is my second time going to Nebraska Core + Pelvic Therapy, once postpartum and now as I am pregnant with #6. I have had such wonderful, empowering experience with Dr Kierra and Dr Kelly as I heal my body from pregnancy or prepare for a natural birth. I saw Dr. Kelly for an initial evaluation, she was phenomenal. I’ve seen many PTs over the years and I finally feel like I’ve found someone who will help. She was easy to talk to, friendly, clear in her instructions and patient. 10/10 highly recommend. Plus! The facility is beautiful.

Kelly is such a great therapist. She does an amazing job making you feel comfortable. She is truly knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. I’ve been seeing her after my injury and don’t have enough words to give her enough praise.

Dr. Kelly Djeres was so kind and willing to explain everything to me. She answered all of my questions and listened to my concerns. She took all the time I needed and I did not feel rushed. I felt heard and in good hands. Absolutely wonderful! I feel like I actually have a plan and solutions moving forward. Looking forward to the work ahead improving my pelvic floor.

I love Nebraska Core and Pelvic Therapy. They have been so great and flexible with my chaotic schedule. The at home workouts assigned in the app are easy enough that I can get them done before my kids are up for the day or during nap time. I have mainly worked with Emily (who is the best!), but all of the girls are professional, supportive and enjoyable to work with.

Like others have stated in their reviews, what are you waiting for? Kelly has been absolutely amazing! She is personable and so fun to work with! The environment is welcoming and they always clean the exercise mats between clients. Whether you just had a baby or your babies are older it's so worth investing in yourself. No more do I need to cross my knees when I sneeze or run to the bathroom during jumping jacks. Truly one of the best things I've done for myself. Book an appointment you won't be sorry!
