They did a decent job with the nails it’s a lil rush and you can tell . Their customer service is off. The lady i forget her name but she wears glass is off lol . She was extra aggressive and I was getting the vibe she did not want to do my nails or something. I told her how I felt and she just struggled her shoulders… like who does that 🤦🏾‍♀️ I could have been undercover all they knew and that’s how they treat there clients crazy

I asked for a short ballerina set and she instead gave me half coffin and half squared oval. She cut into my nails and my fingers with the emery board Edit. After getting up and actually looking at them, I’ve got two fingers that are so filed down they make a point on one side at the middle of my finger and half of them have large clumps of acrylic. And my cuticles are destroyed and it really wasn’t worth it

Was just there and customer service is horibble. My technician didn't speak to me the whole time. The tools and reused. The cleanliness of the store is definitely lacking. I had to ask the technician to fix the same nail twice and then she quickly threw on my top coat and tried to send me to the drying table. I had to then ask if they did designs because no one had asked if I wanted a design. She seemed annoyed by me. Told me to go back to the seat. Did a quick design. Didn't ask what I wanted and the design doesn't even match up together. Definitely won't be going back here.

They charged my wife $35.00 for a fill. A new set is $35.00 I went to the location and told them they overcharged my wife and the receptionist stated that my wife nails were too long. DON'T EVER GO HERE AND THEY WILL TIP THEMSELVES EVEN IF YOU PUT NO MONEY IN. I AM REPORTING THE TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND THE BBB.

Had me wait for 30 mins, then 3 women walked in and they he got up and went straight to them and gone say someone will be with you shortly. No communication no nothing. I got my 30 minute massage in that chair and bounce and never again. Just dont know they lost 300 plus a month from me cause my girl and daughter will never go back again now. My money will not be spent nowhere where im treated like this

I come here anytime I'm in a pinch for time or need a last min fill or nail fix, and for that it's great. I went for a full set the last time and although they turned out ok, I felt like the lady rushed, and she was so engaged with the other staff speaking and laughing so loud in a language foreign to me, that I could only assume whatever was being said was about me! Jokes on me I guess! But otherwise I got my full set and they were much better then what I came in there with!

Been coming here for well over 10 years, usually they’re great but today was an absolute horrible experience. I thought the lady doing my nails was going to fall asleep on me twice, I left with my little toe bleeding and the nails looking horrible. Nail polish on my skin, uneven nails and she missed a whole side of the nail. I didn’t realize how horrible of a job it was until I left. Don’t know that I’ll be back.

I got a manipedi, the nail artist didn't massage, just rubbed up and down my legs, she didn't shape my nails the same way or length, she cut heavy corners into my toenails and some of my finer nails which will likely cause ingrowns, she left bumps from filing which then created texture on the gel polish that's not supposed to be there, she flooded my cuticle and sidewalls with gel so now it is gaping and lifting. I'm disappointed because I used to go here often and they were awesome! But the customer service was awful too, my nail artist stopped doing my nails to start taking phone calls and play on her phone, I usually wouldn't mind some one using their phone to change their music or something but talking on the phone instead of doing the client's nails is a bit off putting.

I let them know it was my first ever manicure from someone else. You think they would want to impress and keep me coming back. Nope. They cut my nails below the skin to where it burns. They clipped and filed them even worse than I do by myself. There were sharp, jagged edges to my nail, I had to fix at home myself. Pieces of skin, or nail, or whatever that piece that grows on top of the nail from the cuticle still remained on some fingers. The lady was NOT friendly at all. These people are here to take your money and tell you to "flip" off. Go anywhere else, I know I will.

The person doing my nails cut both of my big toe nails at an angle. All the way down the sides on each toenail and had to rip the bed out from the side when she got to the bottom. Which you are not supposed to do as this can cause ingrown toenails. It is the next morning and both of my toes are throbbing. I’m not usually one to complain if I didn’t like something but this is painful. I’m going on vacation next week and hoping I don’t have to bring 2 ingrown toenails with me!!
