Mulhall's

I was overwhelmed by the sheer amount of houseplants there were (in a good way!) There were so many selections to choose from. From "so easy" to "moderate," there is something here for the budding houseplant parent you are destined to become after perusing all the curated, well-kept, organized plants.

Love the atmosphere – the greenhouse is like walking into a jungle. The plant variety is insane. And they're my go-to for getting my plant questions answered, everyone is always so ready to help + they know what they're talking about.

I went to the Christmas Opening. It was so nice.

Their garden selection is second to none. The support they offer is incredible. We've brought in trimmings from our tree and they've examined them and given advice on it. Recently, I had some trouble with a plant and messaged them a picture of it and they offered advice. It's such a wonderful company and integral part of our community.

I've spent (insert obscene amount of money) on house plants here since moving to Omaha this past year. I LOVE Mulhalls! They have a good variety, a lot of community events, and their prices aren't bad. They're really good about helping out and super friendly!

Love this place. The plants and decor are fabulous. Well curated and organized collections. Watch the prices tho. They can be on the expensive side.

My partner and I went to Mulhalls because we are doing a big project in our yard. We walked around and were happy about the selection of plants- we were able to find what we wanted. Due to the amount of things we were buying, we thought we’d ask them to deliver the plants to our house. We looked on the website, which we found no information about delivery services on, so we went in unsure how it worked. We made a list of all the plants and trees we wanted and then went to find a staff member that might tell us how we go about buying everything and getting them delivered. We went to the silver trailer toward the back of the nursery, there was an older woman working there. We told her about the list of plants we made and asked about how we’d go about ordering things for delivery. She did not seem to understand what we were asking; we had to repeat our questions multiple times and in various ways and she still was cutting us off and assuming what we were saying, which was wrong. She told us that there were only 2 staff working so we needed to come back tomorrow. We were confused about this (we didn’t know if we had to pick the plants out ourselves if delivery wouldn’t be for another week or so, if a staff was supposed to go with us to pick them out, or if we were just supposed to place an order and staff would get the plants themselves). We were just looking for answers to our questions, not a staff to stop what they were doing and go pick out all our plants. She was extremely dismissive and rude. She continued to cut us off and tell us that there were only 2 staff there, and did not answer any of our questions. It felt like she was talking down to us. She called her coworker over and she was more helpful, but was a bit rude to us at first and did not answer all of our questions. She cut us off a couple times as well and at times I felt that she was being condescending and not really listening, although this staff member was nicer than the first we interacted with- I’m not sure why the staff were so annoyed with us. Super disappointed in the staff help and how rude the entire interaction was. I was willing to spend a lot at mulhalls for this project but I don’t even want to go back to place the order now.

I go here all the time with my dad! It’s a bonding experience and I love going here! The plants are always so pretty and I always go home with a plant in my hand!

This is my go to place when I need A little bit of plant therapy! Seriously it’s so peaceful and who doesn’t love an abundance of healthy beautiful plants! All the staff is so friendly! Got a little bit of attitude from one employee when I asked If I could Give her my number for rewards instead of my last name because it’s so long to spell out, but that’s whatever maybe she was having a rough day! Can’t wait to buy more plants!!!! Want to add that they are super helpful every time I message them a question on Instagram! Love that they are always so willing to help me solve all my plant issues! While purchasing plants I needed assistance with getting some hanging plants down. I could not find anyone to assist and finally got a ladder and took one of the plants down. At that point someone showed up and I was lectured about removing that plant since it was reserved. It did not have a sign on it that it was sold or they were reserved. The sales person was very short and rude and walked away without offering any further assistance. I will not be doing any further business with Mulhall's. It at one time was a wonderful store but this has now changed.
