Be sure to double check your billing statements. Multiple credit card payments I made in the office weren't applied to my account until I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I spent 2 months contacting their office and outsourced billing company and even with proof of the payments on my credit card statements I was told they were "looking into it". It was handled very unprofessionally and as a result, I will no longer be using their services.

My 8 and 10 year old boys have loved working with Justine and Kareena. They look forward to therapy every week and are motivated to check exercises off their lists! These ladies are great with kids!

I am thoroughly impressed with the knowledge and skills of the therapists at this clinic. I came throughout my entire pregnancy, they did such a good job helping me manage my discomfort and keeping my pelvic floor and core strong to prevent issues during and after pregnancy. I would 10/10 recommend!

I have seen several physical therapist over the past four years for my pelvic floor and none have helped me like Lori, Cheryl and Shannon at MPTS. While I went to see them for a very specific condition, my treatment plan and evaluation focused on my body as a whole. My first visit to MPTS was out of desperation as I have been in constant pain for so long. They truly listened and were understanding of my concerns with failed treatments in the past. As I write this review, I can honestly say I have hope for the first time in a very long time that I will recover from my injury. The support staff is equally as wonderful to work with. I highly recommend MPTS for any physical therapy need you may have.

I am very impressed with MPT... They are great to work with, friendly and accommodating. Justine has helped me so much in a short period of time with my hip and legs pain. She is extremely knowledgeable and I won't go any where else.

I've struggled with pelvic tightness, to the point of extremely painful pap smears, for my entire adult life. After the latest awful pap, my OB/GYN referred me to MPTS for pelvic floor therapy. It was life changing! The staff and providers are very friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. Through a combination of stretches, exercises, dilator therapy, and a few other tools, I went from a size 2 on the Intimate Rose set to a size 6. After just a couple months of work, my repeat pap smear was not painful at all-- not even uncomfortable. Huge relief to no longer fear women's health exams! I had a great experience with MPTS and with my provider, Justine. Couldn't recommend them more!
